I took my son in for a consult which is advertised as a free consult on their web page however I was charged 35.00. After reviewing what was needed, I was told it would cost almost 9,000.00 which would include 2 root canals and 5 fillings. This is my cost with dental insurance that they say they accept. I went through the process of being approved for their loan in which I was and I scheduled the appointment for 3 days later. The next day the lady at the front desk called to say that I needed to come in to sign all the paperwork if I wanted to keep my appointment and kept pushing me to come in even though I'd already told her twice that I was at work. Then she proceeded to tell me that if I didnt come in by 2 that day to sign then she would have to remove us from the schedule. Ridiculous, so I told her to just take us off as I will not be pushed into leaving work to sign papers. I was just there the day before and nothing about this was even mentioned and now I am suddenly supposed to drop everything and run into the office??? So I chose a different office in which we did a consult and found we need the same dental work as dream dental states, except now it's going to cost me 800.00 out of pocket...that's a major difference. 9,000.00, yes 9,000, that is not a typo, out of pocket at dream dental and 800.00 out of pocket at rivergate dental and both take our insurance....so who was really taking all that money they were going to charge me...that's a Huge Major difference in cost out of pocket. I do believe there is some money scheme going on here and I will never return and I would not ever reccomend any one to ever go here.

Terrible experience. after about 2 yrs of constant appointments to fix problems with veneers, 4 sets of partials, about $4200.00, I still dont have teeth after they pulled 11. Very disappointed. I will not recommend them.

I have patiently waited for my procedure to be completed, but week after week after week it kept getting delayed. I usually had to contact them to ask for updates. Finally weeks after being promised I would be rescheduled for my procedure to be completed, nothing but silence. I finally called the operations manager to discuss it yesterday (3/9/2020) and was treated very badly by her and made to feel the delays were all my fault (they were not). After listening to her rant on and on, I finally asked that my procedure be canceled and I be given a full refund. She quickly said yes, and I quickly agreed. After which she told me I was going to be contacted to have my procedure completed on the 11th, but not knowing I could trust what she was saying I said no. Cancel my service. I would not suggest this office to others based on her behavior to me during this call. The rest of the staff is caring, but not her; the operations manager, who, per her, you can't get higher up than her if you want to talk to someone!!!!!

I agree with the other reviewer. The staff was nice, but unfortunately they surprise you with hidden fees. They charged us a $30 COVID cleaning fee, and didn’t tell us until checkout. If I would have been told that when I made my appointment, I would have gone somewhere else.

Every crown & one bridge that I have had done has fallen out. Same for my husband. I've had other crowns that are 20 years old and are still in good condition I believe.
I've never met Dr. Weaver. Dr. Frazier (gone now) was my dentist. The atmosphere and staff was very friendly for the most part.
When I went in to have my bridge (that fell out) glued back in (supposedly free & should have been!) I was charged $70, which I am NOT going to pay. They took xrays and didn't tell me there would be a charge and the lady chipped the bridge on the outside front, which led to another crack & crumbled part of the bridge.
Secondly, the tooth beside my bridge had a crack making the tooth wiggle. I went in to see what to do about it (crown needed) which I was good with....in the meantime, the lady dentist drilled some of the tooth down to keep it from hitting my other teeth. Well, it broke up into my gum line....it had to be pulled. SO, I went to another dentist to have it pulled because I am so aggravated with Dream Dental.
The crowns just cracked and crumbled in my mouth. Now those teeth have not been covered with a crown in over a year. When my bridge was glued back in the lady cracked it, now part of it crumbled. Luckily, I guess, all of this dental work is in the back teeth, but it sure makes it hard to eat.
This doesn't include the fillings that fell out also.
The dentist that initially did the work is no longer there but the bridge had to be redone 3 times. And he also said there was a problem with the lab they were using. I've called and tried by going in, to show the ladies upfront what I needed done. They could've cared less.
To make this right, I simply would like to have my crowns and bridge replaced & my husband m.js crown....at no cost. ZERO COST!

The staff is very warm and welcoming. I have had a fear of dentist since I can remember. They work very well around my fear and make me feel very comfortable and relaxed for my whole visit. I would recommend Dr. Weaver to anyone.

I had no complaints about the customer service and professionalism of this staff. They were great in that regard. However, I had several thousand dollars worth of crowns and fillings and they all fell out over a period of two years when I was told they would last up to 15 years. I have since moved to the Chicago area and called Dr. Weavers office just to be told that there was nothing they could do for me. I spent a fortune here for nothing and now I must pay over 5,000.00 in additional dental work where I now live. I am not a happy camper.

My wife and I have been going to Dream Dental for about four years now. Through a friend recommendation, we found Dream Dental and have been satisfied ever since. Dr. Weaver and his staff are always very welcoming and truly professional. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dream Dental to everyone.

After 10 years of going here I have left! The customer service has down hill since Dr Weaver is not there all the time. Ever couple of times you go there is a new dentist and the one they currently have is not good! This used to be the best dentist around but not anymore.
