gone down the tubes, will never go back after being a patient there for many years, beware its all about your $ now, go in for free yearly exam ,and they say you owe money, shame on you ! if they want to do something not covered by my insurance , you should be informed UPFRONT, so you can make that decision .. will not be returning

YOU HAD BETTER CHECK THE REPORT THEY FILL OUT FOR THE PROCEDURE THEY DO BEFORE YOU LEAVE. BECAUSE WHEN YOU DONT THEY ADD EXTRA THINGS LIKE PERIODONTAL DISEASE CLEANING THEY DIDNT DO. THEN YOU RECEIVE AN EXTRA BILL IN THE MAIL. AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY THE DOCUMENTS THEY FILLED OUT SAY OTHERWISE AND YOU WONT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE IN 3 YEARS. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

These people are crooks. I paid in full with Care Credit and received a "past due" bill for $99. I called and they said I had a 0 balance. Also called this "John Friedmann PLLC" where the bill came from and they also said 0. My opinion? They want to see what they can get away with. Send this bill from someone else, you see past due and just pay. On top of this, y boyfriend's mother got a bill for his and her visits. He received a bill for his as well. Why would a 30 year old man's mother get his bill combined with her's? They said because they are doing it by household since that's the address they have for him. Then why did he also get a bill? My guess-they wanted to see if they would pay twice. Since when does someone get a household bill for someone who has a totally difference insurance? Money grubbing.

Everyone was very nice during my visit Dr. Cosby was very nice & straight forward the assistant Kimberly was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The staff and facility was very comforting !
