Everyone here is super nice. The two times I've been, my appointments have been extremely quick. Normally, that's not a bad thing but it makes me question the thoroughness of staff. I am prone to tartar build up which takes a little longer to remove and for me to be in and out in 30 mins is a little suspect to me. Overall, the office is nice, clean and I appreciate the technology they use (online booking, text reminders etc.)

I will note they are charging a $15 infection control fee. That was never mentioned in my appointment reminders and it should be. While it's not a significant cost, it's a racket. During the pandemic everyone is trying to manage the virus and control infection. For the office to pass along this fee is ridiculous-- it's the cost of doing business. At minimum they should let you know BEFORE you come in for your appointment. I personally think it is a poor business decision, but I paid it and kept it moving.
