I love Dr. Townsend! She has the most gentle hands of any dentist I've ever been to. She puts you at ease and gladly answers all your questions.

I have a lot of dental issues so Iβve been to at least a dozen different dental practices in the DFW area, and this experience was by far my worst dental experience. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to- hopefully itβll save you time and gas. I came here yesterday for a 9am appointment. Due to traffic I was about 15 minutes late, which actually was a good thing since they were running really behind. I wasnβt seen until about 10:10am. The staff led me past the front door to be weighed, which Iβve never had done at a dental office. I could understand if I were a pediatric patient or were going to get a procedure requiring anesthesia but I was there for a cleaning. Why do you need to weigh me?? After that, they sat me down for dental x-rays right past the front door, so anyone walking past the waiting room into the clinic can see you with a device in your mouth. Out of all the dental offices Iβve been to Iβve never seen this setup, x-rays are usually (and rightfully so) in a more private area. Not a huge deal to me personally but still odd. After x-rays I was led to one of the exam rooms which was not in good shape. Stains on the wall and ceiling, cords coming out of the ceiling just hanging out, just overall- not a pleasant place to visit. All the staff was nice and pleasant, especially Dr. Towson, so Iβm giving this place 2/5 stars but overall it was a terrible experience and I will not be back. I ended up leaving in the middle of my appointment because everything was taking way too long. Please save yourself the time and effort and go to another location, because this one is not worth your troubles and copay.

My daughter waited for over an hour in a chair just yesterday. This isnβt the first time weβve had to wait for a very long time. So disappointed

This updated review is only regarding general dental. I scheduled an appt for the 12th and I get a call the day of to either come in early or reschedule because the doctor had an emergency. I rescheduled to the 19th. I get a text showing that my time had changed. I call up there and they stated that it was a surgeon day. This is ridiculous! I had to plan ahead and work around my work hours just to schedule a visit. I had enough! π‘

Out of all the years I have been taking my 4 children, i am not to happy with the service giving, they had changed the dental doctor. She is very rough and does not give enough time for numbing medicine to kick in before given a full shot or drilling. My son was feeling the pain even the next day, plus she dug the needle into his gum hard. The doctors helper did not wear a mask or shield Dearing the work that was being done on either of my 2 children, I had to ask her on my second one to please wear a mask, she started acting like a Karen.

They had me waiting over an hour and a half. Didnβt send me home with any written instructions on what and what not to do.

Everyone was knowledgeable with answers for the questions we had. Dr. made my daughter comfortable and the nurse was awesome!! I canβt remember her name but she was great. Front desk ladies were great too. We canβt forget about them. Thank you all for such a great experience.

I suffer from anxiety and very Claustrophobic, Liz the assistant is the sweetest, most caring person, with her by my side I was able to get my treatment done. Dr.Lay was very caring as well, did a great job! Thank you to both for making me feel comfortable, and understanding, not being hard or pushy as other dental offices Iβve been to in the past.
