Update: Recently came to this location for a dental clean and the customer service went down hill. The front staff and the lady taking xrays were super nice and informative. However, their current dentist (DMD or DDS) lacks customer service. No introduction when he stepped into the room for my clean, all I heard was negative things about my teeth, and did not respect my sensitive teeth. It was so bad that I don't even know the dentist name. Currently looking for another dentist with hopefully better customer service.

The staff is always very pleasant and they make the whole experience easy. The take care of the insurance and set your dental plans according to your insurance. They keep you well informed and they let you know all your options. When you are undecided on what approach to take the staff recommends an option. They explain why they recommend the treatment and they are not pushy about it. They find you the best rate possible and work with a great number of insurance providers. I never have to wait long and if I am there early they take you in. I recently had a root canal done and I was SO surprise that I didnt feel anything! It was done so quickly. I truly recommend this dental facility and will now referral my sibling! Thanks for the amazing service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited the dentist today and had a great experience. I walked in and was greeted by two lady’s who then took my information and moved me to the back . The staff was very helpful in answering questions and always had a great big smile .Which made me feel comfortable even though I was scared like a puppy inside ,but they didn’t know lol. Dentist came in the room checked my teeth let me know what work I needed. He spent time to explain and answer any questions I had.At the time I was like how can I afford this. The office then presented me a discount plan that cut my payments down more than 50% . A deal I couldn’t beat that would help me and my family. Overall great experience in out of the dentist less than 2 hrs .

I’ve been going to Smile Workshop for a while now for my daughter and have always loved the service and people there! Recently, I became a patient and love it! Everyone there including the dentist’s/oral surgeon, assistants and front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful! Every visit has been quick and easy for my daughter and I. Thank you for always taking very good care of us! :) Highly recommend!!

Dentist office is super clean and the staff I cant say less than the best. They are all sweet and honest. Ready to answer all questions. Dentist is super honest and sweet. Has the lightest hand ever had fillings completed and didnt even fill the numbing shots being placed.

All of the employees were transparent and I was able to work with the team to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan and they are working with not only my insurance but finding a payment plan that works for me. Safe to say that I'm very satisfied and glad that I chose to come a little out of the way to come here

Both the dental assistant and dentist were amazing. You immediately noticed their servant leadership. This was my 13 year old’s first time with the nitrate gas and the staff was very gentle and patient with her. The front office staff was very courteous and professional.
