Everyone was welcoming and nice. They explained everything and worked very well with my 3 year old. My daughter had no problems and enjoyed her visit.

My initial impression was great. I came in to get a general cleaning, and the dentist recommended that I get a few fillings one of which to be replacing an old one. At the end of it he recommended that I come in to meet with a surgeon for a consultation about removing my wisdom teeth. I immediately noticed that day that there was a sharp pain biting down where I had gotten a couple of my fillings but I figured this would go away. When I came in for my wisdom teeth removal consultation, I was asked to sign my waivers and documents to get my wisdom teeth taken out. From my understanding, this was supposed to be a consultation- not an actual procedure. Maybe it was just me but I felt as though the staff thought I was an idiot for thinking this. I had never even met the surgeon.
A year and a half ish later I still have pain in my two fillings. I go to another dentist and they said that the previous dentist didn’t do a good job on my fillings and now I have to get them all redone, AND I have to get a root canal. The dentist made a suggestion that maybe I could go back and get it redone at the previous dentist for free since it was done incorrectly. No thanks. I’d rather pay again to get it done right. Would not recommend this place.
The reason that have so many good reviews is because at your first appointment they offer you a free mediocre teeth whitening kit if you leave them a good review and show it to them before you leave.
Go to this place at your own risk. I am hundreds of dollars out and have to go through more appointments and take time off from work.

All in all I think the staff at Smile WorkShop are very professional and experts at what they do and my experience was very pleasent. However, the company they used to make my partail or "flipper" for my front tooth was absolute garbage. I waited for around 5 days for the "flipper" to come in and my expectations were a 100 percent not met. The flipper did not fit after multiple adjustments, it looked of extreme poor quality, and it was not the same color the tech picked out for me. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking to get a "flipper".
