I hope I get all the names right. Dr. Patel was kind and informative. He recommended I wait until I complete my Invisalign treatment before considering teeth whitening. My hygienist was Ashley, I think. She was diligent, gentle, careful and did an amazing job. She didn't rush through the cleaning like other places I've been to. I think it was Erica who did my X-rays (I think). Maya was also kind. I think it was Blanca who came to look at my teeth to discuss teeth whitening options. These people took my concerns seriously and addressed them without delay. They all gave me an experience I haven't experienced elsewhere. I've been telling everybody about my experience!

Dr. Avendanio is always thorough & gentle in his practice. Full explanation of any treatment deemed necessary, no push for any extraneous procedures. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind & considerate. All of the staff are caring & gentle in their approach to your care. Carolyn, my Dental Hygienist is always fastidious with her care ( so sad that she is moving to be closer to home --- happy for you, Carolyn, but a loss for those of us who appreciate your care)!!

I’ve tried a few different dentists since moving to Dallas, but Turtle Creek is the first one that I feel I can trust fully. After two years of not seeing a dentist, I made an appointment at another place that gave me a very aggressive treatment plan. I decided to try Turtle Creek for a second opinion and am so happy I did! The front desk assistant greeted me by first name as I walked in, making me feel so welcome. Harley, my hygienist, was so thorough during the cleaning. I had a lot of build up on my teeth which I thought would require another appointment for a deep cleaning, but she took care of me same day! I also needed to have some fillings done and was pretty nervous about it but Dr Borel was amazing! His dental assistant, Erica, took great care to make sure I was comfortable and fully numbed and Dr Borel made sure my bite was perfect before I left. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Avendonio and his staff are amazing! Kimberly makes entry as a new patient easy, helping obtain records and finding a convenient appointment. Communication was easy with texts, emails, or easy phone access. Dr. Avendonio explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all questions. I did not even feel the shot. I highly recommend this practice for their kind, professional approach in taking care of their patients.

A very warm and inviting Staff. Myra and Dr Patel are a great Duo with light hands Lol They pretty much spent the whole day working on my mouth and it was pretty much pain free. And the best part is they are literally across the street from me.

I have been seeing Dr Avendanio and his team for over 13 years. The communication and quality of service has always been excellent. The staff is caring and accommodating. I have been going here for years and everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Avendanio is engaging and thorough and happy to answer questions, and the team of hygienists take their time to address everything, and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also it's an great view and quite relaxing, too. I'll be coming back here as long as I live in the Dallas area, and have told many others to go here as well.
