Easy, smooth reception and transfer of dental records to establish service. Nice to have a group practice vs solo practitioner with limited services and staffing. Love the frequent reminders. Seeing my teeth on the screen after X-rays was amazing, super good technology. Impressive. Dr A. Made thorough initial new patient exam, pointing out things on the color images of my teeth. Did not push procedures. Hygienist was wonderful, technician very impressive. Good good experience, and checkout was smooth. It shows people have been trained on customer care and know their stuff. Looking forward to having my dental care covered here.

Had a wonderful Experience with Dr. Shukan Patel. Very clean and nice offices with a great view. I came in for a crown they had it ready within a week and had me scheduled. Entire staff is very friendly and organized. I will be back for regular cleaning and check ups!

Dr Patel is somewhat of an artist haha. He fixed my chipped tooth and everyone in the office is nice. There is always good music, and the appointments are super fast too! Very efficient

Turtle Creek Dental is the most professional, pleasant and friendly Dental office I have ever visited. The Staff from front office all the way; the whole team is awesome. Dr. A. and Blanca is just simply the best.
Thank you for taking the fear away from Dentistry for me, now I look forward to coming to the Dentist. For many years I avoided the Dentist for fear of been tortured from previous experiences.

Best Dentist I’ve been to! Literally as soon as you step through the glass doors, you’re taken care of. They were so patient as I called my insurance to try and gather my dental information. The staff was accommodating and flexible when it comes to appointments and time changes. Another thing I truly appreciated was the curtesy of explaining to me what they were doing or planning to do every step of the way. I even told them I never liked going to the dentist, but they put me at ease. I have found my dentist in Dallas for sure! If you’re searching look no further and go o Turtle Creek! (Also parking is very convenient in the garage connected to the building)
