Staff is very kind and professional. They are very informative and helpful to keep me from being nervous during the process. The business aspect is very convenient for payment. This is an overall good experience. I'm excited to get my dental work done.

I had went in to acquire info about braces and their payment plan. Yenedi was the person who I suppose takes care of these sort of things and she was very polite and patient with my questions. I left feeling well informed

I've been using perio daily defense for my gum that Dr. Patel Recommended. And they are great and make your teeth white as well as help your gums.

Office was great! Front & back staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Patel & Percy were excellent. They guided me through my visit and made it easy to understand treatment and finances. Thank you.

Horrible.

First off, I never take my time to write a review, but I had to this time to help prevent others to go through the experience I've been through with Brident Dental. I believe my main issue stemmed from the front desk and actual office. I was going to Brident off of Western Center for about a year and a half and every EOB they did for me was far off which totaled in over $500 of blindsiding bills. I'm thinking it came from the girls at the front desk not properly working with my dental insurance company correctly. The estimates were so far off. There were times I sat there and asked repeatedly if this was the correct estimate and that I shouldn't have any shortfall payments, but I did. I tried reaching out to the manager about 9 times in one week to discuss the variance in estimate, but she never returned or answered my calls once. The girls at the front desk stated she was too busy to talk to me, but one girl did apologize for the inconvenience.

Also, my 5 year old son attended Brident Dental off of Western Center with me. We had one Asian lady dentist (don't know her name) work on my son that was great. I was able to sit in the room while procedures were being done on my son. I went back for another procedure for my son and an Asian guy dentist (don't know his name) would not allow me to sit in the room while he worked on my son and he explained it's a hazard which I do understand, but there needs to be some consistency at the office.

One more thing to add, I had an address change while I was a customer here and I had to request an address change 3 times. I was never receiving bills when I moved and I had to follow-up with the office 3 times to ensure I was getting my bills on time so I wouldn't be hit with a late fee. When I called the third time to update my address, the lady taking calls told me it was a courtesy for Brident Dental to supply paper billing, after the fact that I told her I've requested my address change this third time haha.

Overall, the experience for me wasn't great, but it could differ for other customers. The administrative work and management needs to improve greatly at this office. When I closed my account with corporate, the lady apologized and understood my complaint and offered my about $30 discount off final bill.

Hopefully, no one else will go through a bad experience like I did. I'll bring my and son and myself to another practice.

I wouldn't recommenced anyone going here unless you have no dental issues and need basic cleaning. The staff was friendly but the general dentist was very sketchy. He was very unpleasant and seemed to be interested in racking up as much fee's as he can. I literally got up and walked out. Will never go back or recommenced anyone. I should of read the reviews.

Each time I go to this location I am pleased. The entire staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. They’ve made my family’s dental experience a positive one.

Had a great experience with this Brident location!!!! The staff all where nice and polite. Dr. Patel is really great I went in with a broken front tooth scared that I was forever doomed and would never be the same... Dr. Patel reassured me he could get me back to my normal self and if I must say my teeth look so nice!!! I will be back to see him and his staff soon thanks so much Brident Dental y'all are the best!

Brittany and Jakki have made my braces experience a joy ride. They have such a friendly staff and would definitely recommend coming!!

This place is horrible if you need dental work tell your insurance provider to help find you another place. They charged me upfront for work, and later said I would receive a refund for what was not done. That's fine, here we are 3 months later after several phone calls and still not submitted for my refund. I been told on every call that it was submitted and to check back Monday. They have a bad reputation with billing issues although their paid and full from me. I experienced other customers complaining during my time there.
This place is not recommended, I'm just sharing a little info I won't get into the work.
