The entire staff was polite, professional and caring. They were very attentive to my needs and came up with a reasonable treatment plan. I am looking foward to working with them all very soon to address the issues i am currently having. They were straight up and clear and thats a great quality in my book.

I had a great experience. I did not have to wait at all and they even treated one of my kids earlier than the scheduled appointment. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentists were patient and open to questions. All of the staff were very professional. Bring and Zaire were great.

Should have read reviews. The whole experience wasn't bad. Secretary, billing lady, xray technician, hygienist, and doctor were all great. Minor issues with the call center and language barriers causing misspelling and etc. The office manager Veronica who advertises herself as the #girlboss and talks about how she has been there since it opened is the issue. Major issue. My family had appointments at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 so the kids and my wife could be seen all at once. She came in at about 10:30 and stopped service for 1 member of my family so people, who weren't there yet, wouldn't have to wait for their later appointments. What? We had earlier appointments and were already in the back. My wife who she was refusing service to was literally in the xray chair. The staff all said there was room and time to be seen. Sid it to her right in front of us. Veronica cancelled our info out of the system. Veronica made comments assuming about how our kids should be covered under chip dental, even though we have private insurance, maybe all black folks are broke?. Veronica insulted or family saying things like "you must not understand how appointments work...". Well actually yes we do. You make an appointment, you keep it. Don't push the only black person waiting back 5 hours with kids. She tried to reschedule my wife's appointment to 1pm and said they would have service then.Giving my appointment to the Hispanic people who weren't even in the lobby yet. Yes I'm going there. Her comments led me to believe that she is either a terrible manager or she has racial issues that she is taking out on patients. She also told a little girl who came on with braces complaining that she was getting horrible sores and couldn't eat since putting then in a day or two prior that she wasn't sure if she could help her, also a black girl and her mom. Noticing a trend here in one visit. Her presence is why this dentist had horrible reviews, not the other staff. The dentist was actually really good. But if your black you may want to go somewhere else.

I had a
very good experience. Dr Patel was very professional and staff friendly. I rate Ena and Jackie as excellent in their responsibilities. My spouse retired from the Dental business and know a quality office. Frank Durland, LUTCF.

Excellent experience! All of the staff are very nice. They take their time to explain and try to help you out the best you can. Zaria was great she helped so much! Dr. Patel was really understanding and concerned about how I felt.

Never in my life has a receptionist diagnosed my tooth pain and refused my appointment.
I had an appointment due to pain on my right side of mouth. Upon arriving to my scheduled new patient appointment I completed my paperwork and waited a 40 minute wait
the receptionist calls me to the front to tell me they cannot see me today because my reason for visit sounds like a wisdom tooth problem!
Completely frustrated and upset at a receptionist telling me my diagnosis. I explain to the receptionist that it could be a back or top tooth and I will know once I speak with the dentist and have my appointment. They tell me I cannot be seen I tried several times to explain that I am in pain and I have been anticipating this appointment
The receptionist tells me there is nothing they can do for me.
Then I receive a email telling me I have a fee for missing my appointment!!!
I’m not sure if they are discriminating against me or why they refused to see me.
Save yourself and go somewhere else

The ppl are fine but their lack of communication is frustrating. I spend over 3.5hrs just for a cleaning. I was waiting the whole time and there was not many patients there (or at least based on what I can see). There was one other lady in the lobby and I. Once I got inside, I only see 2 other patient other than me. The very first thing I told them was I'm there for a cleaning and nothing else. The lady there did not tell me there was going to be a wait since they only have one person doing cleaning that day until after I already paid. If I have known this before hand, I would just reschedule or go somewhere else. I had already waited 2hrs, so I ended up just continue to wait since I already wasted my time. Having the lady told me there was going to be a wait and ask me if I want to reschedule AFTER they already charge me is a bit frustrating. It make me feel like they value their money more than their patients time.
This will be my first and last time using this location. I should have look at the reviews beforehand.

They handed us masks then forgot about us. After awhile they remembered we were there, and had us fill out several sheets of redundant paperwork. Said they were too busy, to see all of us even though we all had an appointment. Then dentist kept asking history questions about dental work, not sure how that is needed to fix my daughter's teeth... Afterwards my daughter complained about him keeping on stabbing her gums with pick...
