Very friendly staff! Nadia made taking X-rays a great experience and Jessica helped explain the financials to me. Overall Nadia, Jessica, and Dr. Patel made the dentist an enjoyable trip.

Daughter came in for her 6 months check up. She got here x-rays done, checked out by the doctor and cleaning done in less than a hour. They have a amazing team. Big ☝ to Janean.

I NEVER write reviews for anything, but hell, I need to write one for this place. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The doctors have absolutely no bedside manner. I have extremely sensitive teeth, and have to be put on the nitris gas (laughing gas) for all of my treatments. The last 4 or 5 times I went, they refused to give it to me. The Indian woman who worked on my teeth the last few visits said I "didn't need it", even though it was written in my chart that I was to receive the gas every single treatment. I was in so much pain because of it. Before she started doing my treatments, an Asian woman did my treatments. She was very kind and had bedside manner. The Indian woman (who refused to give me the gas) assisted her during one of my treatments. I was on the nitris gas, and she goes, "Is the gas realy necessary?", and spent 15 minutes trying to get me to take it off. Seriously?? I was completely shocked. They also do a lot of double booking. I'm now at Ballard Family Dentistry in Saginaw, TX, and am SO happy with the dentists here. Unfortunately, all the work I had done at Brident, I'm having to had completely re-done because Brident didn't do it right. If you're smart, and you love yourself, you'll stay clear away from this place, and make sure anyone you care about does the same.

I'm not sure why this business is still on going. After waiting on a few phone calls, walking in person for two times and collecting all paperworks needed, we finally got a date for checkup appointment. I told them upfront that my siblings only needed checkup and then cleaning. They refused to do so and gave us a price for the service instead. I questioned what included in it and they got annoyed since. The lady explained it to me that it included a recommended $80 electronic brush (which you can buy for $40 on Amazon) and some other medications that she's sure you cannot find it over the counter (of course). Then the doctor came in and pretended to be very polite and patient. She later on realized we are not easy going patients so she investigated into the paperwork we turned in and said she refused to do any treatment on my sister today because her parents didn't state so. I was crying in front of them after being given such a hard time. My sister was in pain for weeks and we tried hard to find time to take her to see dentist. Those two ladies will never be forgotten. They set such a bad image in my head about people who are practicing in medical field. Thought they are the kindest people who want to cure patients but NO. In the end of day, they want the sales and they want more money.
They refused to do cleaning for my brother and the doctor asked for $800 deep cleaning done before filling as well. That was quite ridiculous to me since he just got it in previous 12 months. If you are a coming dentist, please don't work here. Their business model and practice may ruin your career. If you are a coming patient, think again and make wiser decision. There are many places to go out there.
Last but not least, if you are, for some reasons, being referred to outsider, they are surely to make it difficult to get the referral form.
Final advice, don't do DHMO insurance, use PPO instead. You will pay anyways but you have better options.

Terrible! I don't understand how they are still in operation. I went to this place for all my dentistry needs they always seem to be behind schedule, there's lack of communication, so many things are wrong. Nonetheless I was under a contract until myjob moved me to another location. I seaarched for another location in the area I was going but there wasn't one. I told these guys I would need to cancel my or tho contract. Well long story short its been four months they are still calling and charging me but will not cancel my contract. I am so done with these guys if they don't get it together some legal action on my part will need to take place.

So, I end up going here because Obama care mandated the change in my dental care. I miss my other Dentist, M Dentistry. While I was there under a dental emergency for my son, they were very gracious about getting me in to see a Dr. "having not made an appt." I feel lucky the 2 ladies at the front desk work to get my paperwork processed so quickly and get xrays done. But then, it all kind of takes an interesting turn. My son is taken to bay 6 or 7 and there are no chairs for me to sit next to him. There is an island in the hall outside the bay with 3 docs sitting there playing on their phones. I had to laugh. The assistant sits my boy down, puts the little napkin around his neck then explains to me that she needs to go tell the doc what's up. In the mean time, I chat it up with the docs at the island who are still hanging out playing on their phones. Then after a minute I talk with my son for a bit. About 10 minutes or so passes and I notice one of the docs gets up and leaves then comes back about 5 minutes later. Turns out one of the docs I was sitting there talking to while "waiting" was my doc! Awesome. He examines my sons displaced tooth from an biking accident and begins to tell me that he can't do anything about it and will need to refer me elsewhere. He leaves.
The assistant tells me she needs to find a specialist taken care of by my insurance and will call me later that day and get my son in by the next day to see the specialist. 2 days have past and I never heard back. I finally called her and the response was, we'll call you when we hear back from corporate. Awesome! thanks for ????? still waiting!

Still on hold! I made an online appointment last week. I was just calling to ask if they take my insurance because I couldn't find any of that information on their website. There is a link but nothing happens when I click to view the list of providers. I've been on the call for more than 10 minutes. I haven't even talked to a human yet. Just been on hold...

Worst dental office I have ever been to. They don't greet you at all. The surgeon didn't even introduce himself to me. His first words to me was talk about breaking my jaw. When I agree to only 3 wisdom teeth and one bone graft being taken out. I was still charge for all 4 teeth and 2 bone grafts. Telling me I need to pay for a tooth that still in my mouth and a bone graft that never happend. I called to try tell them I will not pay for a tooth that is in my mouth still. The lady wouldn't let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. I finally got a manager and her exact words were, I am not paid to care how u feel. Last time I check it is their job to care how we feel. Customers service is amazing here. Wow I hope this place is shut down.
