Truly amazing from start to finish. I was overdue for deep cleaning and completely dreaded what awaited me. Luckily, I chose a great practice. They were very upfront about what needed to be done for my dental health and the cost of the procedures. Dr Dinh was so sweet, caring, and professional. They made sure I was always fully comfortable throughout the process and did an amazing job. The office itself is very clean, organized, and has the latest & greatest tech. Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know!

I haven’t been to the dentist in nearly 8 years. I had one of the best dentist I ever had. I lost track of him when I went overseas. I have been so reluctant to going to the dentist because it takes me forever to vet a good one. I was really nervous when I came to this practice but let me just tell you that from a perfectionist point of view… I was sold from the moment that I was greeted by the receptionist, to the assistant Wendy who helped me with the x-rays. To Dr. Nguyen who explain step-by-step what she was doing, and made me feel at ease. Her work is excellent and I’m glad I found this practice.

I have been dealing with a filling that came out since 2016, and although I’m pretty healthy I had a few cavities as well. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and knowledgeable in her technique. Her assistant Wendy was very attentive, professional and caring. Thank you ladies for everything!! I look forward to regular checkups again.

Dr. Dinh is very sweet and is very transparent about treatment – she explained to me in simple terms what I needed and why. The staff is extremely nice and work very efficiently to minimize your waiting times. The offices are very clean and modern and, on top of all that, the pricing is very fair compared to other practices in Grand Prairie. I highly recommend.

Epic West saved me $500 out-of-pocket. Laura and Dr. Nina made the experience one to remember.

My first time at Epic West Dental and I am amazed at how well the staff makes you feel welcomed. From Katy at the front office to the Dr’s two assistants. Dr. Nina did my cleaning and took care of my dental work the same day. Dr. Nina does a very good and thorough cleaning, very knowledgeable about dentistry and doesn’t try to upsell on treatment like other offices do. I love this office. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Drs. Dinh & Nguyen are great! They & the hygienists have provided compassionate & thorough care for my family's dental needs. The office is bright & clean, and the TV was a great distraction for my kiddo during his procedure. We're lucky to have them so close to home!

Great place to get your teeth taken care of. They have a friendly staff. Epic dental is so clean and organized. There is no waiting. They get it done quickly and they have entertainment!

Dr. Nina is the very best dentist I have ever been to in my life!! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Nina goes out her way to make you feel comfortable! She makes the whole process a breeze!! And her staff of just the sweetest!! Everyone is so polite and very caring!!

Dr Dinh and all the staff are super friendly!! Thank goodness me and parents found out about this place, if i can give them 10 stars i will!! Their facility is clean and high tech and no long wait!! They are really good with kids!! You can tell they care about the patients needs.
