I strongly recommend going to Epic West Family Dentistry. It’s very modern and clean. Dr. Dinh is an amazing dentist. She connects with you and makes you feel comfortable there as if it was your own home. The staff are excellent as well as the dental assistants. If you have any problems with your teeth or want a checkup, I strongly recommend to come to Epic West Family Dentistry.

Great experience, Dr. Dinh is incredibly nice and meticulous with her work which I really appreciate! A long time ago I had went to a dentist who accidentally broke one of my teeth they weren’t even working on and so I’ve always been paranoid going to the dentist. I felt very at ease in the care of Dr. Dinh and her staff. I will definitely be going back for all of my dental cleanings and any procedures.

Dr. Dinh has taken care of my family for almost a decade. With 3 kids, from toddler cleanings, cavities, pulled teeth, braces, surgery, she has been our saving grace! She is not only concerned with your teeth but the wellbeing of her patients and their finances. She also takes GREAT care of her employees!! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dinh! She has the BEST HEART!!

Dr. Dinh is by far the best dentist in the business. Her staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, too. The office is stunning and follows the guidelines for COVID-19, to ensure patient and staff safety. I love how Dr. Dinh is thorough in her explanations about dental procedures. I appreciate how well I am taken care of every single time. I strongly recommend those that are looking for a outstanding, compassionate dentist to check her out!!!

My visit to Dr Dinh's office was top notch! I was debating on whether to delay my appointment due to the pandemic but am so glad I went especially with my concerns with teeth issues postpartum. I called the office upon arrival and was given detailed instructions on what to expect during my visit. The receptionist quickly covered paper work and all the safety protocols prior to entering the office. Inside the office was exceptionally clean with state of the art equipment. Dr. Dinh and her awesome staff provided a thorough exam and cleaning. They were also very attentive and answered all my questions. Overall pleasant experience! I highly recommend Dr. Dinh's office for their focus on the highest safety standards (so important during these crazy times) and superior patient care.

Everyone dreads going to the dentist. All those numbing shots, drilling sounds and being told you need to floss more definitely does not make a fun experience. However, Epic West is the exception. Dr. Dinh and her team are all very caring, fun and professional. They go into detail of what the procedures will involve and what the cost of your visit will be. Nobody likes surprises! During your entire visit they will make you feel welcomed and very mindful of your time and safety. I've had nothing but excellent care from Epic West and I look forward to keeping them as my dental care provider for years to come.

Wow ! I’ve never really experienced such a great dentist . I get pretty scared when it comes to going to the dentist. But the staff was AMAZING . All the girls were friendly and treated me good , Dr. Dinh made me very comfortable and secure about my experience . I’m very glad I found this dentist and will for sure be my only dentist I’ll ever go too.

Dr. Dinh and her staff at Epic West Family Dentistry are a huge asset to the Grand Prairie dental community! Their beautiful new office is conveniently located off 161 and has the most stylish decor, but more importantly sanitary practices. In the midst of COVID, I was impressed with the steps they took to ensure an exceptional experience.
When it came to my exam, Dr. Dinh made me feel comfortable the entire time. Her explanations of what she was doing and what was to come helped the typically-dreaded dentist chair into a very pleasant cleaning.

Love the staff at Epic West Dentistry! Very attentive and super clean! Which is a big must for me since I’m OCD. Dr. Dinh is super attentive to detail and only suggests what you need and not “try to make a sale”. Office is super chic and lovely! Will be a lifelong patient. Thank you!!

Dr. Dinh and her staff was amazing. Pleasant astmosphere and they make you feel like family. Dr. Dinh actually spend alot of time with the patients explaining the procedures and what is needed. Her dental work is top notch!
