Epic West Family Dentistry

I have been several years to Epic West Family Dental and they are always fast and friendly and more importantly very detailed in the examination and cleaning of your teeth! I highly recommend them as your family dentist!

I had not been to the dentist in about 10yrs due to a bad experience elsewhere. Katy the office Manager is awesome at customer service. She made me feel comfortable in explaining my situation as well as handling all my paperwork via email. She got my foot in the door, Thank you Katy!!!
Dr. Nina, however is great! She was kind to me the first time with my cleaning and even better with my fillings. She kept talking to me and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have already recommended this place to a few people. The office is very clean and all of their staff is extremely friendly.

I always have a great experience going to Epic West Family Dentist. Dr Nina and her staff are so wonderful. They are professional as well as easy to talk to about dental work. They always put my mind at ease. I love that they are flexible with my schedule. I am a working dad and it’s tough trying to coordinate when you have to work and pick up your kids but they make it happen. Just today, I called to see if they can fit me in, I was in so much pain and they got me in and took care of me just like that. They are good people and I love their energy. They make you feel welcomed and they have a clean facility, I’m Covid conscious since I have small kids so thank you for keeping patients first and safe!

My whole family love going to see Dr. Nina! She is a great family dentist. Yes, I do recommend her to my friends, family and anyone asking if they know someone.

First visit here with my 5 and 7 yr olds was awesome. My kids were at ease and surrounded by sweet and patient staff. Here's a picture with the 7 yr old making herself all comfy witb the tv. The place was so nice and clean, it reminded me of a spa. Kids look forward to their next visit.

Best dentist visit ever! I did deep cleaning and some filling, my experience was wonderful! The staff and doctors are very professional and kind! I will definitely stick around for long time. Also, it worth to mention the clinic is super clean and located very close to the Epic gym, they also have Saturdays appointments which make it very convenient to schedule visits. I highly recommend this place for families.

The entire staff ensures your needs are always on point when doing their job. Both dentist Dr. Dinh and Nguyen are phenomenal! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting both and can honestly say they both are amazing at what they do.

Dr. Dinh has been the best dentist I’ve ever had! She is so caring with her patients and provides so much knowledge with me at each visit. I truly appreciate her words of wisdom when it comes to my overall health concerns when I’m in her chair. The office is new & clean, wait time is never long. Plus they are available Saturday’s for appointments too! Her staff is very kind & friendly each time I visit the office. It’s not like other health care offices where you go & the staff has dry personalities or barely make eye contact with you. Here they actually CARE about you!! I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a Dentist! I’m so lucky to have found her & hope you make the call! Best decision I’ve ever made!🤍🦷🪥

I would highly recommend this office, to anyone looking for awesome work and passionate care. Very nice and wonderful staff, they definitely know how to make you feel less worried about any procedure or dental appointment. Very kind and loving people !!!

I had the best dental work done!

I came from another dentistry that was rated 5 stars but feel like I have to reduce their rating compared to this place because this place is WAY better. The staff here is very friendly and they took their time taking care of me. I referred my wife after I went and she also says this place is much better than the others that we've been to. The previous dental offices seemed more corporate-like where the staff were all in a hurry that they did not apply the fluoride paste, floss, or thoroughly deep-cleaned but this place did not disappoint. My wife and I are sure we are never going back to those other places now that we've found this one.

Dr Nina was so attentive to my pain and discomfort level. She kept me in the loop of what she was doing. Her and her staff went above and beyond to help me out. They even looked at my insurance and let me know what was covered and what was not!!!!
