It has been an experience with dentures and having teeth pulled. The staff has been awesome and I really appreciate the hard work that everyone has put into helping me make the transition. Keep up the good work and that is for taking the extra time and effort to help me.

Yesterday was the worst service me and my wife received at dr kreit office got to the front desk and paid our money and lady told me I was getting a filling and deep cleaning and my wife a cleaning and got to the back and the assistant did not no what was going on you can tell she was a student or something and the dentist came in and did the most fastest cleaning ever he was jabbing my gums and and when he finished I ask him about my filling and he said let me check he look around and said o we just doing the cleaning. But that's not what the lady in the front said then the student polish my teeth so fast and again jabbing my gums and then said ok you do .now today my mouth hurt so bad out of all the years we been coming here do think we going back.

Had an appointment for my daughter and I for six month checkup at 2 pm did not leave the office until 5:45 pm. My daughter had a halfass job done. And I was not even worked on they did X-rays on me and apparently a consultation in which they only said you need a cleaning and four cavities filled. I was furious at the wait time. So I decided to cancel the remainder of the service and ask them to not bill my insurance. I will contact my insurance and let them know of the unfinished service and to deny any claims. The staff I do want to say was nice. But this dental office is just not for me. Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience.

this place was TERRIBLE! my boyfriend had to have 2 of his teeth removed and their COVID-19 “guidelines” were completely made up. No one was wearing masks besides the customers, not even the employees cared about it!! They ran out of soap in the bathrooms and called my boyfriend to see where he was when he literally had already signed in in their lobby. this place is terrible and i wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE!!

I had a Great experience and dr did amazing job on my teeth now I can smile with more confidence the stuff is super nice and helpful I truly recommend this place!

Worst dental experience EVER!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They were WAY too busy to give good care. My boyfriend had a tooth break yesterday and had to have the roots removed and they did a horrible job. They ended up having to give him stitches and they rushed through that and the stitches are already coming unraveled. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Had teeth pulled and temporary dentures. No problems with extraction. Had to go in twice for molds. Molds used for dentures were too big and dentures were too big from day one. The girl that did the molds couldn't get off the phone long enough to listen, too busy making lunch plans and in a hurry. Pain for 3 weeks from dentures moving before I could get back in. Told same girl they hurt really bad in back, she cut sides. Found a piece of tooth coming thru gum in back later. I was told at first they would adjust them until they fit but still don't fit. Only gave me one soft reline and said I couldn't get another until six months from surgery. Went back and had to pay for reline, only did bottom since I was not expecting to pay for it. Pain entire time. Paid for hard reline I thought was included trying to get relief. Went back in a few months and paid for both recliners. This tasted gritty and was gone in two days. Told it would last a year. Get whatever they tell you in writing and only see Snyder for dentures. They charged me for a permanent set of teeth that they told me was temporary . I still can not bite into sandwich and have had some embarrassing moments with them being too big for my mouth. The bottom teeth have broken while I was eating, twice , 'in two different places. Disappointing.

I have never wrote a review but the receptionist here is so rude. The first time i came here I thought she was just having a bad day but now I realize thats just her attitude. Made an appointment at 1 and came at 1. They left a voicemail saying that i have an appointment at 1 but when I come here, she now tells me that there was never an appointment scheduled. So now shes telling me that i wont get treatment done bc its friday and ill have to wait a while for treatment. How is this my fault? Who knows.
