I went for my 1 day denture at they were absolutely wonderful!
I went back for my partial and the lady seems upset that I wasn't happy with the fit. She sent it off to have it remade without the metal. And they want to charge me $175 to have my top denture realigned. I've had it for 1 month and it no longer fits like it did when it was "new". The denture has reformed my gums, which have shrunk as well. I thought adjustments were free? I'm driving from Durant OK to Livingston. It's not like I can pop in anytime I have an issue with my denture. 😢

The staff is very nice and very efficient. The experience of the office and how it functions is top notch. Even though going through the procedure of teeth pulling and deep cleaning is very nerve racking for me, they made it pain free and everything came out fine. I would recommend Kreit Dental to everyone.

Wonderful dentists and assistants. Receptionists were polite. If you get there early in the day you can get some procedures done same day. Lots more affordable then most dental offices. They will work with you to get you a great.😁😊

Three stars, The staff seemed friendly. The office was clean and they seemed organized. The wait was just way to long. We got there at 15 before our 11 am appointment. By 12:45 they called me on my phone while I’m sitting in the waiting room to tell me to go get some lunch as it will be a while and there are only 3 doctors. I walked over to the desk to ask them to reschedule us. I did not have time to wait this long. Taking off work puts me in a financial strain. How can I pay for the visit to the dentist if I have to take off that much work to wait in the waiting room like that. The lady that I was talking to did apologize for the wait. I asked if it was always like this and she said yes it’s a minimum of two hours at least. I told her not to bother looking to reschedule us that we would need to find another dentist.

I had an appointment at 9:00am at Kreit Dental. I arrived at the office about 8:45 am. I was called in to pay for my services shortly after checking in. I was told to go back to waiting area and have a seat and I would be called in shortly.Two hours later I was still waiting. No one ever offered an explanation as to why it was taking so long. I had another appointment scheduled at 12:30 for some routine car service. I had to leave to make it to that appointment. When I left the office I called to let them know I was leaving and was not happy about the wait. The person on the phone just made excuses. (Busy, spring break, running behind) I told them if they were running 2 hours behind I should have been told so I could decide if I wanted to wait any longer. Why even make appointments if your not going to honor them. I feel like I was overlooked or just forgotten about. I would not recommend this office for your dental work unless you have a lot of time to waste.

I had an absolutely horrible tooth infection. I had a scheduled appt to remove said tooth. I waited all day long to even make it to an exam room. Once I did I waited for another 2 hours. Then I overheard what had happened. They had accidentally given a patient epinephrine that was severely allergic to it. No one said anything to me until after 5pm when the office manager came in and said they had a medical emergency and they basically told me they wouldn’t help me that day and I had to leave while being in excruciating pain. Horrible place. Not pleasant. Extremely unprofessional and also they could possibly kill you. I do NOT recommend ever going here!!!

Got ther at 1:30 and was not taken to the back until after 4:00. Sat there so long I had to ask if I was foing to be seen. I got polished before I was cleaned. I Sat there again for a while and asked if someone was going to clean my teeth. Got my teeth cleaned and had to ask her to floss my teeth. Then after that I had to ask her about the fluoride treatment.
Omg She finished after 5:15 and I still had to drive 1 and a half hours back home. I am not happy..... No respect for my time.

I've always had a good experience here. There are few frills and it's kind of like a revolving door but I've never had any complaints about the service I received. I was there earlier today with an especially difficult extraction and had to be worked on by 2 different dentists and they both did everything they could to make sure my pain and trauma was minimal. I hope to never have dental work again but if I do I won't hesitate to come back.

I have had some very bad experience with a different dentist office . So I’m very scared of dentist offices. But every time I have had to be seen it has been great. Everyone is very friendly and caring of your feelings. I personally will never go anyone else.

I couldn't give them a 5 only because I don't like going to the dentist but other than that they were real nice and quick. I'll be going back
