The dentist and all assistance are very kind and professional! Never in a hurry.
The price is the cheapest I have found in over an 120 mile radius.
I have had root canals and crowns. Never any problems.
Well worth the time and travel for the price and service!!

Dr. Courtney is extremely helpful. She is excellent with making her patients feel comfortable while she’s working with them. I only want to see her when I come in because I know that she will look out for my best interest. Thank you Dr. Courtney for assisting me. You are a #1 Dentist who truly loves your
patients.

The entire staff has always been very professional and polite. They always explain the procedures before they begin.

I want to start off by saying I absolutely hate the dentist and have since I was a kid. But this dentist is the ONLY one I will see, and that my daughter will allow me to take her to. I moved to Louisiana from Texas 2 years ago and I still make the 2 hour drive to use them since I don’t have dental insurance and they’re the most affordable option. I drove in yesterday to get an exam for an impacted wisdom tooth and they ended up telling me they could take it out that day. The cost wasn’t bad at all, nothing what I was expecting. The dentist and the dental assistant were super nice and made me as comfortable as possible considering I was terrified. Like I said, I hate the dentist. Trauma from when I was kid. They’re amazing. They’re the only clinic I’ll let get anywhere near my mouth.

I have been a patient at this dentist for years. Since Covid this was my first routine visit. My experience was not pleasing. I arrived at 8:45 am. The appointment was for myself and my daughter. We did our check- in and x- rays at the same time. My daughter finally got called back by 11:30 and was finish by 12:45pm. I had to approach staff because I never got called back & my daughter was finish. They finally called me back to my room and there they left me for 2 hours. I finally told them I was leaving at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 8:45am and by 2:45 was still not seen for just a general cleaning and 1 cavity filling. I am very disappointed. Five hours and nobody never even came back to my room to check on me. That’s ridiculous

The dentist was great and surgeon but front office lady’s where rood Told me before my appointment that my daughters could not eat so I figured they were doing dental work that day so I did not feed them we ended up getting there at 8 o’clock for our appointment in the morning we were not seen until 1030 my youngest daughter is autistic and hates skipping meals. I honestly didn’t think it would be that big of a deal maybe just in an out and I could grab them a bite to eat before dropping them back off at school. But no my autistic daughter had a complete meltdown none of the ladies in the front office even offered to help or anything I was getting upset with him and I told him I was going to have to leave if I was not seeing shortly literally waited another hour and was called to the back I waited two hours for paperwork one referral and one prescription. Absolutely ridiculous at this office I have dealt with Dr. Kreit in the past and he was completely amazing with my daughter. Referred us out to Texas children’s and got her teeth worked on now I have decided to return back and this is what I had to deal with literally all the ladies in the front office that do the paperwork and set appointments were just talking about their shoes instead of doing any work at all. Horrible if it was not for the doctor/dentist/surgeon in that office I probably would not go back honestly after my daughter‘s next appointment getting her teeth cleaned I probably will not return I didn’t even get a sorry today.

I was in and out and Tiffany built a new temporary for my tooth. I was in the chair about five minutes tops. I am very satisfied with my visit , unlike my previous visit, i waited three hours to get treated for the making of a crown, after an hour i left and had to go back because the temporary was way to big. They made some changes and i left. The crown came off before i even got home. Tiffany made a new one today and i haven't had any problems at all with it. She deserves a pat on the back or a raise

I would give zero stars, except the minimum is 1 star!!! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. However, it was very unprofessional to discuss what a customer who had called had said, in front of other customers. The first lady to do the x-rays was super sweet and gentle. The 2nd lady who did the x-rays with the machine, was also nice. Both ladies helped in comforting my child who was very nervous. The dental hygienist was where the issues began! She was very rough with my child, was not wearing her mask properly and then stated she was dealing with sinus issues, she cut my child's gums repeatedly while flossing. Continuously told my child she needed to brush her teeth better(she brushes regularly and thoroughly), and when my child told her it felt like she was cutting her gums, the lady told her it is normal and that her gums should only bleed for a couple weeks! Then the pediatric dentist came in!! I was talking to my child letting her know she looks like she had a little blood on her mouth(she was trying to wipe her face after the cleaning), the dentist (without even looking at my child) said it's probably just the paste. Then she looks at the monitor and in a shocked mannerism, said "How old is she!?!?" We answered. She was sarcastic in communication the majority of the office visit. She was condescending and tried to say my child needs a root canal, several caps, and possibly extractions. The tooth(singular) my child has been having complications with, they said was not the problem but that 12 or 13 other teeth were the problem. Any time my child attempted to answer their questions, they interrupted her and all but told her she was incorrect, despite the fact the questions were regarding her day to day life and her mouth. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist were continually talking over one another, which made communication challenging. After we left the office, my daughter and I were discussing the office visit and agreed we will not be going back and we will not have anyone in our household be patients there. They should NOT be dealing with children!!!!! Here it is nearly 9pm and my daughters mouth is still so sore, she can't hardly eat or drink anything. There is zero reason for this after a cleaning!!!!! I'm getting her in to see a real dental clinic ASAP!!!!

My daughters first time there and appointment was at 1 and at 3 We still was not seen! After hearing a few others complaining of 4 hour wait times and some more than that! I left! I will be looking else where! I used other dentist office that was busy and never waited that long! If they still took her insurance we’d be there but I thought this place would be convenient but I’ll drive further to get care before I sit goes in uncomfortable chairs!

Hello world, let me start off by saying I can’t make this up. My first visit was awesome, but my lady wasn’t so lucky. She experienced what I experienced on my second visit. I drove from the southeast side of Houston to experience this little gold mine. I loved it so much, I tried it a second time. I originally had a 9:00 am appointment. I called and said I couldn’t make it. Cool, I was rescheduled for 10:30 am. I made it around 10. Checked in and sat outside looking at my phone. By 10:08 am I received a call to come in. I go to the back and had pictures taken of my issues with my tooth. After the pictures, I was sent back to the lobby. Keep in mind, my appointment is at 10:30. The next call I received was at 12:52 pm asking me was I still in the lobby. I politely told them no. They said thank you and I hung up. Thought about it for a second and decided to call back. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. No cap. Hung up and call right back and some one answers. I’m asked how may I help you. I reply I have been on hold for 30 minutes to tell you that I had a 10:30 appointment to never be seen. She asked, did they call you. I said yes, at 12:52 asking me was I still in lobby for a 10:30 appointment. She replies, we are in the process of transferring to a new system. It will be better for y’all. I ended the conversation before ignorance played a part. I’m saying all of this to say, none of it solves my issue of watching others come in after me being seen before me. What is wrong with this picture? I’m not complaining. I didn’t go off or disrespect anyone. But since I was sent a survey, I decided to share my experience on 4/11/2022. I drove a little under 2 hrs to get there just to received the worst customer service with the poorest excuse possible today. Thanks guys for nothing but wasted time. My fault for not leaving well enough alone…
