Do NOT ever go to Aspen Dental especially in Marshall!!! They are so unprofessional and they are crooks. I have been having to deal with them since October!!! They FORGED my signature first off and over charged me!! Yes I brought it to their attention and they were like that is your signature and I know its not!! I was supposed to get my final teeth today at 1015 and here it is 11 and I still don't have them!!! Supposedly they tried to call me but I have NO missed calls and NO voicemails!! They have called and canceled appointments numerous times. I was supposed to get my teeth 6 months after I had them pulled in October here it is June and I still don't have them!!! I'm so sick and tired of this place!!!

We’ve had multiple trips to the dentist. Most of them making you not want to ever come to the dentist. The aspen dental in Marshall Texas has been the absolute best i have ever encountered. With kaila and Kennedy up at the front helping out in more ways then one as well as all of the other staff being so outgoing and kind as well as doing their job the right way! I never want to go anywhere else

Went in for a basic annual cleaning. Cost me $206 for x-rays to be told it was going to cost another $600+ for the cleaning. I should have known better than to go to a corporate dental facility. They are more salesman than medical help.

I had the greatest pleasure today when I went to an appointment at Aspen Dental. All of the staff were so willing to help and work with us. Dr. Jay is the BEST he has a great personality and has great manners. He went OUT of the way to make sure we were satisfied. It was an over all great place and great people!! Thank you all SO MUCH!!!

Absolutely terrible service. The first time I went at the time of my set appointment I waited well over an hour to be seen. Because they waited so long, they could not finish the job before closing and told me I had to return on another date.
Later, I set an appointment online for a follow up appointment. Upon arrival at my appointment, I was told online appointments are only for new patients and they could not fit me in.
Then, I called and set an appointment for 5:00PM CT on June 14, 2021. I received an email notifying me that my appointment was confirmed -- for 5:00PM. At 4:45PM I was told by the receptionist that I had missed my 4:30PM appointment. After showing her my confirmation email, she told me my appointment was always for 4:30PM. I cannot get in to have them fix their own mistake. Absolutely do NOT engage with this business.

I do not recommend Aspen Dental. Had a concern with a procedure they did, went back for them to check it. Then the dentist said to come back in 2 more weeks for a free follow up. They called me the night before my appointment and said they couldn’t help me anymore unless I would pay $86! They already got $500 and the concern I have, is from the work they did. Why would I have to pay more? Just doesn’t make sense. Guess they will only help if they can make more money. Which is sad. Makes it hard to trust them when they act like this.

From the minute that you walk in the door, the entire staff is polite and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Gaskin is professional, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and excited to help you with whatever is causing you harm. On this last visit, Dr. Kunduru did my implants and extractions with no pain. This is great because I had a fear of dentist until now. Now,
I'm on my way to a healthy mouth that will lead me to a healthy life.

The staff are all naturally nice.They are very personable.I felt as if I was the VIP. I also shared my experience with family members and new they are patients. I can't wait first my new visit as well as in having my beautiful smike. My Aspen dental is better than all others.
