The kind and professional staff really has disproven dental stereotypes for me. I felt more than comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. The empathetic and informative nature of the customer service in the Marshall office is unmatched to any other dental office around. The reason I didn’t try Aspen dental prior is because they make you come for a separate consultation before you can schedule a cleaning if you’re a new patient. The X-ray tech is super sweet and funny, I really liked her. The issue I had apart from the 2 separate appointments is their sales motive. I felt like they were definitely trying to persuade me into getting my wisdom teeth out even though I’m almost 24, and they haven’t bothered me. Surgeries are a big decision that I wouldn’t like to try to be pressured into.

First arriving was welcoming. Than another lady came upfront & was just rude and had a irritated look on her face. Maybe it rubbed off on the other workers, but once she came upfront everyone attitude just change. I was just negative all the way till I left. I could go into details but rather not.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the front desk personnel. The wait was short, not even 10 minutes, Taylor did my X-rays and all of the prep, very efficent and didn'thave to spend 30 minutes trying to take uncomfortablex-rays like I have experiences in the past! Dr. Stephens was professional and knowledgeable, he also made some very good recommendations about the work I should have done in the future. The lady that did my billing and overview was very nice and professional. Best dental experience I've had!

My friend had his dentures made in this dental office. He has been very pleased and cannot say enough great things about this place. He expressed the excellent service at the front desk, along with the doctors and assistants. Saying that he even got to meet the technologist who engineered his dentures and experienced a very personal touch.

I took my dad there for dentures consultation. The dentist was very friendly and helpful. I had taken dad to different dentist and I can say I wish I had knew about Aspen the staff were super nice and helpful! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Went to my consultation agreed on the costs and procedures, made an appointment for scaling. I went in today for scaling on right side, paid co-pay, Dental Hygienist completed my scaling did an amazing job. Attempted to make an appointment for scaling of left side was told that I need to apply for financial assistance & don't know why. First of all I am trying to process why the Dental Hygienist is telling me that I need to apply financial assistance. Secondly, I paid my co-pay for services rendered and will pay my co-pay for services rendered on my next appointment. I don't know what made them feel like I needed financial assistance I guess because I am an African American and appeared to be unfortunate. I requested my X-ray & chose another Dentist with everything understood up front. Don't judge a book by its cover and assume that all African Americans need financial assistance. The worst Dentist I have ever been to.

My first visit was great, very friendly staff and the Dr is very professional. He gave options and explained what was best. The business office worked with me on payments so I could afford the work that is necessary. All around great place. Next visit on March 5, hopefully it will go as well as the first. Highly recommended .
