This my first experience and the staff was very friendly and made me feel at home and did a awesome job.. Dr. Jay was great All the girls were great as well Taylor , Kindle and the Front Desk Female was very kind I would highly recommend this to anyone looking in place of treatment.

The staff at this dental office were so sweet and kind. I would send any of my friends and my family to this office. Dr. Dafney took really good care of me and let me know what I really need to get done that I didn't know about at my other dentist office. I would like to thank SIerra the front desk, and both of the managers Michelle and Kennedy for explaining the financial stuff to me, also the DA's, Felicia for doing my x rays and helping me also understand the treatment that I needed done. Thank you to all the staff there! I appreciate each and everyone of all!

Felt very welcomed here - different than my usual dentist office. Dr. went in dept of my dental issues and gave me different options to choose. I asked him his personal opinion which route would he take. He explained which route and reason why. That's route I took.
That's what I liked most of all is honesty.

Don’t really have that long to spend in a dentist office.
Not wanting to reschedule anything, unless of emergency cause just don’t want or have to be there for 3 hour visits. Love the people and the place, maybe they’re unstaffed right now.

Spoke to office around 9 am to see if my bottom denture was ready. I was told it should be ready by 10 am. I live an hour away. By the time I ate breakfast, got ready and got to the office it was 12:15 and the office was CLOSED! No note to say WHY they were closed nor what time they would open back up, nor a call informing me they were going to be closed!

I caught them in a lie twice, the first was that my insurance was refusing to pay for a new crown - they never even called my insurance. So was the plan to charge me full prices then file with the insurance also? Second was they tried to charge me for a procedure I already paid for. You get the feeling that they try to sneak things by you and if you pay - Hey! more money for them and if not "oh its a system error sorry" Read the reviews on Aspen Dental - they are so pushed by metrics at each location that it drives unethical behavior - BTW - went to another dentist in town and got the procedure done for 60% less than Aspen wanted - I will never go back.

Considering that I totally dislike going to the Dentist in the first place, the staff of the Marshall office was pleasant and helpful in understanding what needed to be done to fix my teeth. They were helpful in getting me pre-qualified for financing...the only real problem that I had was while I was sitting in the operating chair (the one that has the bright lights above and lays flat), while discussing my treatment plan and watching TV, I was sitting super straight up instead of slightly tilted back to a more comfortable position.
