Swish Dental Pflugerville

I am updating my below review based on my follow up visits. I spoke to the doctor and the staff. They were able to address all the issues I complaint previously. They went above and beyond to address my concern. Doctor did such a wonderful job, my wife ended up seeing him for her treatment. We both are very please with doctor and rest of the Swish dental staff. Thank you for everything.

My hygienist during cleaning went in between my crown and very forcefully cleaned that area and then later did floss very hard. Both time just in that area she was so forceful that it caused extreme pain . Later she mentioned one of my crown is loose. She left the room. Later a billing office assistant walked into my room showing me on iPad the cost reglue my crown and took my signature that it will cost me $60. Later doctor walked in and remove my crown and reglued. After that same office assistant walked in with iPad showing cost of creating new crown.

Same hygienist three month ago suggested my deep cleaning. Although told her I have cleaning done 6 months ago. But it was too late, my Insurance was already billed for x-ray and other charges for the office visit. I had no choice but go with deep cleaning and paid out of pocket around $700.

I believe this office makes every effort to charge and performs unnecessary deep cleaning. For this last visit, from the beginning she was working so forceful in my crown area so it can become loose. And eventually that happened. She didn’t use same force any where else around my teeth.

Stay away from this hygienist and office. Doctor is working in concert with hygienist and very aggressively suggesting unnecessary treatments.

Let me start by saying that I have had horrendous experiences at dental offices in the past ... so much so that I finally looked out of the United States for dental work. I found a great service in Costa Rica and we have been going to them for the past couple years for major work (implants, crown, etc). They have been beyond amazing and have improved my oral health dramatically. They also harbor a level of integrity that I have not found here in the states. But, I digress.

Now, I needed a deep clean and reluctantly looked here in the states. My husband went to Swish Dental so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did. The experience was great. They had much of the updated equipment that my Costa Rican dentist has ... but, best of all, they don't have the attitude of most U.S. based dental offices. My cleaning was thorough, by far the best cleaning I had ever received here in the U.S. ... performed by a skilled, caring dental hygienists. We also asked them to send photos and images to our Costa Rican dentist and they did so gladly and efficiently.

I'm 58 year old and for the first time in my life I feel that I have a well qualified dental team. Could not be happier.

The front office staff were super nice and helpful. The back office staff were just as personable, friendly, and compassionate to dental anxiety! I watched Netflix and listened to music while there, which made things more palatable. Dr. Stone was cool and approachable, had a good bedside manner, and was great at explaining things - I was totally at ease with him, and he made me laugh! His dental assistant was friendly and fun to talk to and really knew her job! I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone!!

Nice facility. Very polite staff. Dr. Stone is very conservative in treatment. I really appreciate the dentist who doesn’t push their agenda.

I went for a cleaning today and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. My mouth felt great when I left. I would definitely recommend using Swish Dental in Pflugerville.

They were all nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my tooth pain, and it only hurt and made me anxious some.

After a few failed attempts, I found a dentist that didn’t try to “up sell” me on cosmetics. The straight talk about my dental health was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Stone.

I had such an amazing service here, I was well taken care of by dr. Stone and the team, highly professional and came up with really knowledgeable solutions for my challenges. I left feeling refreshed, definitely coming back here soon

Not only is their facility breath taking, their staff is phenomenal. I felt right at home, no judgement, and taken care of. They were amazing and Dr. Stone made my first root canal experience a great one! They will definitely be my go-to for dental needs. I have recommended them to friends and co-workers.

Great dental office. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really like this dentist. Glad they opened near me.
