Super friendly customer service and staff is really nice and spends time explaining everything. Im usually afraid to go to the dentist especially with COVID, BUT my experience at This dentist office changed that! The area was clean and staff took precautions. Dr Xia was gentle, I didn't have a moment of discomfort during my cleaning. Walked out feeling better and at ease. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I went in for a basic check up and cleaning as a new patient. I couldn't have had a nicer, more positive experience than what I had at Swish Dental in Pflugerville. All the staff I interacted with were professional, caring, and helpful in every way imaginable. The technology and tools they use are state of the art (I felt like I was in Westworld!) and provided a painless and easy onboarding process. Once the scans were completed (took about 5-10 minutes), Dr. Xia and Kayce worked seamlessly together to clean my teeth, making sure to check in with me on how I was feeling throughout the process. As for the end result, I am very happy with how clean and polished they look. Dr. Xia was very detailed in her cleaning process, and I noticed a big difference from before and after in terms of coloring on my teeth. It is obvious to me how much Dr. Xia cares about the quality and thoroughness of her work, and it shows in the end result :). Although I did not utilize it, I should mention you do have the ability to watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned - talk about a way to pass the time and forget that you're actually at the dentists office!
Anyways - I've been to many dental offices before, and none of them have been particularly memorable. However, the experience at Swish Dental in Pflugerville really impressed me and I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new dentist, or needs to go in for an annual check-up to make an appointment and experience their top level care for yourself! You won't regret it!

Swish is by far the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist. I need quite a bit of work, but they didn’t make me feel terrible. They took the time to explain everything I needed and are all consummate professionals. I’d give it 6 stars if allowed.
