Every single person that I interacted with was wonderful ! Made me feel very comfortable I would definitely recommend.

Doctor Stone and the other staff at Swish Pflugerville are kind, friendly, and good at what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very clean ,modern very professional , friendly , kind staff no judgement . Dr stone was kind and gentle and explains himself well.

My husband had his first visit. Dr. Stone, the hygienist and assistant were amazing. Answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home! My only complaint is I wish walking in the front desk greeted us with a little more happiness and cheer. But we will for sure be back to see Dr. Stone, and his awesome back staff!

Great and welcoming staff. Nice and clean and modern facility. They have the latest technology for x-rays and scans and definitely use them. They are also great about being transparent about what your insurance will and won’t cover and they are very quick to get the information. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist and you can schedule online with them!

Cleaning was done by a travel hygienist. She was admittedly inexperienced and even said as much. No one else was present during the visit. Was pressured to have additional cleaning procedures done and told it wasn’t optional, by the billing person (who doesn’t smile and is very rude, she even said it was a legally required procedure when it isn’t). Was made to wait 25 minutes once half way into and during an appointment still in the dentist chair without anyone checking in to explain the delay.

It feels like I’m the exception to all the positive reviews? But so far Swish has been mostly flashy and corporate and inconsistent with experiences at best.

And please speak to the billing person and check with her attitude on how she treats patients while talking about the most sensitive issue they experience - billing. Smiling and pleasantries would really go a long ways while working on getting people’s money. Rudeness and lies won’t.

Just moved to the area and this place caught my attention. My dental experience here was very great and one of the best. They made sure I was comfortable and I could have either listened to music or choose something on Netflix. It was like getting my teeth done while I was at home, that’s how comfortable they made me. As far as exams and cleaning, they were gentle and not heavy handed at all like they people in the Military which is a big plus for me. They go over treatment and everything to make sure you’re smile goes to the next level. I recommend going here. The staff is great and very friendly.

The staff was great! I came in for my cleaning. The customer service was top knotch and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend Swish for your Dental needs. -----'To add on to my review, I also received the high powered tooth brush as advertised. I am satisfied each time I come. I am relaxed and feel like my teeth are nice and clean each time I leave. I am in and out with each appointment which is so convenient when it comes to our daily schedules.

Glad to see a staff of women. Professional at that. This dentistry popped up as an option through my insurance provider so I gave it a glance. Setting up an appointment was easy. Front desk was courteous. The x-rays were simple. Everything clean and sterile. Staff overall they know what they're talking about and everything from the procedures to the billing was handled professionally and with the touch of simplicity the everyday person can understand. Keep in mind what you like to watch on Netflix because they will ask you.
I haven't been great about keeping up with my dental care, but they treated me fairly even though low key I felt embarrassed as an adult that I hadn't made a visit sooner. I walked away educated and pleased with my visit.
I watch everything when I'm in a new place.

The care from all of the staff is top notch. My wife went in to have some pretty extensive work done and she isn't the most friendly with a dentist but she loved this place. The fact that they will see kids too is an awesome bonus to not have to travel all over town. They explain everything very well, leaving no questions about billing or treatment plans. Don't look around, just give them a shot.
