Huebner Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

So. Huebner Smiles. 5 stars. All the way. I moved to this city not having visited the dentist in over 6 years. As you can assume I was crapping my pants knowing I needed lots of work done and needed to find the right place! I searched for dentistries and decided to visit this one. I made a great choice. From my first visit they were amazing, I was super nervous and all they were doing was checking my teeth but they went very slow and told me everything they were doing and were very great with me. I ended up fixing all of my cavities here. I visited probably around 7ish times. (Lots of cavities 😬) and each time I was more and more comfortable. Each time I was greeted by amazing people. Shout out to I believe her name is Jessica? She works in the front and was an absolute angel! Always helped me out with any questions or concerns! I even went one day and they somehow knew it was my cats birthday that day?! What!? They’re AMAZING! They also have some bottles of alcohol available to you (I’m assuming it’s for nerves) I never tried any though. Dr. Bustos is awesome. And all the techs were really nice and comforting when I was nervous. I think the first time they numbed me one offered to hold my hand 😭 I’m 24 people. And I said yes. Absolutely recommend this dentistry to anyone and everyone. Especially though who are nervous/scared of dentists. Thanks Huebner Smiles! I’ll never forget y’all 💕

The one star goes out to the billing/insurance staff. No complaints on the dentists but I’m annoyed at the level of professionalism of the billing/insurance staff. READ MORE if you’re looking into orthodontics treatment.

Dr. Goldwyn is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had my orthodontics treatment for the first time and I’m very satisfied that I chose Heubner Dentistry. He explained everything so well with all of the questions I had. I recommended Dr. Goldwyn to my colleagues but I warned them how bad the staff is.

The billing/insurance staff is so disorganized and quite rude. Do they not check their work to ensure there aren’t any mishaps??? Twice- on a separate issue I had to call to verify. They filed my personal information incorrectly and surprised me with an incorrect billing statement. These shouldn’t even be mistakes. Jeez if you handle patients’ files, you shouldn’t make mistakes on the basics. HANDLE WITH CARE. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK.

The work done by this facility is the finest in San Antonio. I got a cosmetic work done on my front tooth and it looks perfect, they also got me in quickly.

Best dentist I’ve ever been with. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, easy to manage my appointments and they do a great job. I never feel like they’re overcharging me. In fact I feel like they give me a great deal by being resourceful and thinking outside the box. Love my dentist and orthodontist 😊.

Dr. Goldwyn and his fantastic team blew me away. I was incredibly impressed with their state-of-the-art technology and stunning office surroundings. You are made to feel completely comfortable and at ease by the beautiful office, and their extremely friendly cordiality. I love that there is a monitor mounted on the ceiling that you can see when you're back in the chair so you cannot only watch TV but also see images of your teeth as the doctor is explaining any issues to you or just reviewing your overall dental health. I felt 100% confident with the exceptional professionalism and care I received. His smile savers plan is by far the best dental plan I have ever seen and I look forward to going to this practice for years to come!

Best dental experience EVER!!! Customer service is on point 👌🏽 They are super accommodating, even changed my last minute appointment around to fit my schedule. I take all of my kids here too and they love it (mainly for the juices and toys and on demand Pokémon.) very professional staff with the best bedside manners in the business. Highly highly highly recommend Huebner Smiles 🦷❤️

The reviews before mine are so spot on. I'm glad I made that initial appointment off of these reviews. This place is legit! I hadn't been to a dentist in some time and they were SO patient, friendly and informative. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone in that office is welcoming and attentive. They have an in house savers plan if you don't have dental insurance. I look forward to going in for cleanings now because of this office. Don't wait, make your appointment with them asap!

I called because I was having an issue, and they were able to get me in quickly. Matt and Macie even stayed late to make sure I got the relief I so desperately needed. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and the facility made me feel safe with all the precautions they were taking to keep everyone safe from covid-19; requiring face masks and practicing social distancing. They even banned access to the couch and shut down the bathroom in the lobby to minimize and limit the spread of germs, there is a bathroom available in the exam room area that is open. I have a fear of the dentist and the staff made me feel super comfortable by explaining everything that was going to happen and going into detail about the procedures and treatment plan for the future. They even offer payment plans and allow you to break up the payment instead of paying the whole lump sum upfront. I loved this place so much, im thinking of changing my 3 year old daughter's dentist to mine!

I have been going here for dental work for a few years now and all the staff are great,from case managers to the dentists. Especailly Dr. Bustos and RDA Lozano. Both are very kind and knowledgeable.They've always given me great advice and helped with all the work I have gotten done. I will continue coming here for great service.
