I called to make an appointment and spoke with a male who wasn’t very nice. Decided to go somewhere else. Looking deeper into the ownership of this location, it looks like PPP loans were given to the owner. I wonder if those were properly used or not. I’m seeing a ton of stories online about PPP loans being used to pay off personal expenses.

This is the best dentist experience that I have had. Dr. Sun was really professional and took her time with me, the billing specialist who talks over financial/insurance info was very helpful and thorough. I’m glad to have found this location for dental care. Highly recommend and the office staff is 10/10 :)

This is a fantastic, modernized dental office. The staff here are super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sun and hygienist Tokeshia - both very gentle and reassuring all along the way. I'm sure every other dentist and hygienist here are just as great. Highly recommended.

My first and last time. 800$ worth of X-rays and no service done! The dentist was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have a health condition and Burst out saying among the whole office. The front desk took forever to give me a print out of services I need but with nothing done and they rack up $800 clearly they all about taking advantage of insurance and being rude.

The dentist and hygienists are great. I am still waiting on a call back after I was told they need to consult with my dentist. Thank God it is not life threatening otherwise I would have been dead and body will be 4 days old! Maybe they are too busy and don’t want their current patients anymore.

I am guilty of neglecting my teeth. Turns out I had a pretty nasty cavity that needed attention. Dr. Sun walked me through her plan and kept me informed every step of the way. Her assistant Ashley was awesome! Very great staff, very professional and kind! I will be back for sure and highly recommend to anyone searching for a good office.

I will not come back. I was told I that I needed some recommended deep scale cleaning, and I declined since it was only recommended. I had this procedure done a few years ago. I was then told I could not get regular teeth cleaning. Totally unprofessional and very high pressure. I felt like I was in a sales show room and was being told I need these options. My insurance covers two regular teeth cleaning per calendar year, and I was told I cannot come back unless I pay out of pocket for the recommended procedures.

First time here. Dr Sun was great, friendly, and explained everything throughout process. Offered a higher quality option at an affordable price. I’ve never had a dentist come get me from the waiting room, introduce themselves, and go over reason for visit. Usually you just meet the Dr that you never seen before immediately before they start drilling. I really appreciate the introduction beforehand and quality work. Offered to come back with any concerns or issues with bite found after after leaving office.
