BEWARE, the perfect example in the decline in quality of dental care.

QUANTITY, not QUALITY- this is a corporation that is driven by productivity quotas and does not care about the individual patient. As a former dental assistant, I was completely dismayed at the lack of customer service and lack of ability to take quality impressions (It took 3 attempts to get a decent impression accurately showing margins).

Additionally, they do not employ best practices for crowns (they will try to sell you on their in-house crown technology that is not covered by insurance at this time, I made the mistake and now have a crown that's texture will remind you of a hard piece of grainy bubble gum). After the crown prep, but before the crown was seated, I required a root canal. It's typical that once the root canal is complete that a new impression is taken for the crown to ensure integrity between the tooth and crown. They did not do this and instead, used extra cement to fill the extra void.

It typically takes at least 5-8 minutes to complete perio-charting (measuring the depth between your teeth and gums), but they sped through my charting in less than 2 minutes providing indications i had deep pockets that required specialized periodontal work.

I had this done by a legitimate dentist in a private practice that revealed my gum health was fine and required no specialized treatment.

And in case you make the mistake of going to this shop, good luck trying to have your xrays transferred when you realize you are not getting the care you need. The new dentist office I found attempted no less than 5 times , and couldn't ever get a person to help them. I had to call in on 3 different occasions and finally, Lauren was able to send them over. This office leverages a call center and there is apparently a disconnect between this call center and their onsite front office staff.

Lastly, this review was my last recourse of action. I repeatedly asked the folks who answered finally answered the phone to have the dentist call me so I could express my feedback personally. Never got that phone call.

Fantastic, friendly people and so knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first dentist in my life to actually teach me the correct technique for flossing! They care, and not just about about dental hygiene. Dr. Alexander and the staff are always asking for updates on my family. Wonderful people, amazing dental office!

I moved here from out of state and had to start all over with a new dentist. I am blessed to have found Dr Alexander. She completed all my necessary dental work with kindness and perfection. She truely cares and her staff is there to take care of all your needs. Going to the dentist became fun!!!!!

Dr. Lindsey Alexander-Varghese is absolutely amazing. She has done 6 fillings and a crown on my teeth and my experience has been so wonderful. She takes every part of care and comfort into consideration.
My results are flawless. She also has worked with my busy “mom of 3” schedule. Thank you! See you in 6 months, and promise to floss! 😊

I was very pleasantly surprised by this dentist. I’ve had dental issues all my life and so I pretty much hate all dentists and can usually predict exactly how horribly each visit is going to go. But I have found myself so impressed with this office over and over again.
I was having pain in a tooth that I’d just recently had worked on at another location so insurance wasn’t ready to pay for more work on the same tooth. Dr. Alexander ended up saving me hundreds of dollars on my crown by making a few phone calls for me (which she didn’t have to do, but I am so thankful that she did). Then she offered to upgrade my choice of crown type at no extra charge (which, again, she didn’t have to do).
On top of that I was so impressed at their sense of urgency when I first told them I was having pain. In the past I have been in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth and been told I would have to wait nearly a week to see the surgeon. At Rayford Modern Dentistry they basically asked me how SOON I wanted to get it fixed!
The doctor didn’t pressure me to get any other work done either like most dentist do. And then to top it all off with how friendly the staff is… I can’t count how many times I was asked if I needed anything or if I wanted to watch TV during my time in the chair… I am just seriously impressed.

Very disappointed in this place. Had a appointment in early March, even got a conformation. Couple days before appointment, it is canceled because dentist would be out of office. It was rescheduled a month later which then got canceled because of Covid-19. They did not even bother to call me to cancel, I had to call to confirm appointment and then would not allow me to reschedule. Still waiting for them to call and reschedule . My husband has a appointment in a couple of days and he asked about me and they told him it is up to me to call and schedule. Seriously thinking about changing dentistry. Do not appreciate way I have been treated as patient.

Dr. Alexander called to apologize and personally apologized for everything when I was in 7/14/21. She really cares for her patients. She listened to all my concerns.

Had Doc Sun and she did an amazing job. Very thorough with explanations and worked with me to get the best route for mouth health. No hidden fees or charges and open honest communication. Wasn't a dentistry fan until now.

I really love this office. All of the staff goes out of their way to help and they are so efficient. Dr. L. Vishwanat is the best. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and is someone I trust completely. I have been going here for several years now and am so glad I found this office. I would recommend this office completely.

I called and had several conversations specifically aquiring about sedation for getting more work done per visit to consolidate time off work. And was assured sedation was an option. Took off from work leaving my 7 month pregnant wife to watch the shop while i was at this appointment. I paid tolls to get to this further dentist. I also cancelled one insurance and got another for this dentist. All based on what i was assured multiple times. Get to the appointment to be told they do jot offer sedation for anything but extractions.....they knew precisely what work was needed as i told them and have records from 2 other dentists. This is extremely frustrating.
