Fantastic Dentist office! Dr. Alexander is the best! The office staff & hygienist are extremely professional. Even the few times I saw her other dentists and they were great too. I may never go to another dentist office ever!

We have been seeing Dr. Alexander for years and I wouldn’t have my family go anywhere else. The care, attention to detail, and time that she takes with patients is unmatched. Not only does Dr. Alexander take as much time as needed to explain what is going on with your dental health, she also makes a personal connection which is lacking in many fast paced medical offices. Her staff is kind and friendly as well. We love Rayford Modern Dentistry!

Great dentists and hygienists. They have been friendly, patient, and careful in their work. No complaints from either me or my kids.

However, their front desk and customer facing personnel is terribly incompetent. They are often rude and dismissive, especially if you disagree with them. No one in the office answers the phone, they ignore messages, and are even nonresponsive to communications from their own answering service.

IMO, the experience in the chair is not worth the stress of getting there.

1 star is all. Ok. So keep in mind when my wife went there Covid 19 was heavy and you could barely find a dentist that would work on her. This is why they get one star. Thank you.
First visit my wife was told she needed a root canal and new crown. So she paid over $500 with insurance for this procedure. They did provide proper medication. And set an appointment a week out.
The day of the root canal my wife paid an additional $700 for the final payment for the root canal and crown.
She met the surgeon and he told her the tooth could not be saved. She would not be charged. The regular dentist came in and extracted her tooth while awake.
I have left 4 messages, and called over 10 times. They do not answer the phone. My wife has actually shown up 2 times, no response.
My only beef here is the no Contact and no refund. Just call us back.
The medical portion of this business seems reasonable. But the business portion should cause you caution.
Do not do business here.

I've been a patient since 2018. While in the seat, they've taken good care of me. But they've been recommending services that need to be submitted to my insurance for approval and for TWO YEARS now I've been calling to check on the status to be told either it hasn't been submitted or we're waiting to hear back or some other excuse. Every time I call it's been difficult to reach someone on the phone. I've used the contact me feature on the website and received no response. It finally took two weeks to get someone on the phone to transfer my records over to a new dentist.

I, like mostly everyone, do not look forward to any dental procedure. With that being said, I do look forward to seeing the staff at Rayford Modern dentistry. Dr. Alexander and her team are amazing! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They take their time to personalize your visit and answer any questions you may have. All the work I’ve had done here has been thoroughly completed, and in a timely manner. Nothing but positive experiences.

I love Dr. Alexander! I haven't been to the dentist in years, but I decided it was time after getting older and not being happy with the state of my current oral hygiene.

Dr. Alexander was a game changer for me. She came in, was very honest about the procedures I needed and all the different options available to me. After one visit, I instantly became more happy with my smile! I also scheduled some more cosmetic appointments in the future, and I'm actually looking forward to a dentist appointment for the first time in my life!

Wonderful staff and the dentist was very patient and knowledgeable. They did a great job reviewing the costs of my procedure before the procedure started.

Other offices I've been to the dentist made a brief appearance and left everything to the assistants. I was pleasantly surprised to get a thorough check up from the dentist before and after my cleaning.

Rude office staff. They also lie. High turnover rate for pediatric dentists and high turnover rate for orthodontist. Unneeded braces for my daughter who still had baby teeth. Two weeks after getting the braces, the Wires were scratching and cutting her mouth but ortho quit so she just had to suffer even though I prepaid for 1 year service. Ms. Chelsea Robertson the office manager was totally unsympathetic and lashed out at us for complaining about the unprofessional services. She cut off communication while my daughter was left to suffer.

On a positive note, prior to COVID the services were good but overpriced. Dr. Alexander on the adult side is the best and she is caring & gentle dentist. Prior to COVID, the pediatric dentists were good too but they kept quitting.
