Amazing experience at the dentist! I never thought I'd say that about a dentist visit but Dr. Patel and his staff are professional, courteous, and highly efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour for a cleaning and check up. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and this FLOSS location.

The office is nice and Dr. Patel seemed like a decent guy but I was less than impressed with some of his staff, I felt like it was choir for them to do my cleaning. The one girl doing the flossing spent more time watching ESPN than my mouth, she must have flossed the front teeth 3 times over in random order before she even looked to see where the back teeth were. When she went to do the polishing she smeared paste all over my teeth, dropped a huge glob of it in the back of my throat and just left it, not until I gagged did she bother to get the suction. The reception staff also seemed disinterested in even closing out my bill and were more consumed with other tasks.
It was not a bad experience but I would like to feel some sense of pride in the work they do especially when it is related to my personnel well being. If you cant get in anywhere else this place would be alright but I will be looking for a different dentist on my next check up.

FLOSS Dental in Sugar Land is as great as all the reviews say it is. Very clean facility and equipment. Has a TV in every room. Fast and efficient service. no wait time. I was seen as soon as I checked in. front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, the dentist Dr. Patel, all the staff and the doctor are very friendly and professional. no annoying upselling b.s. no selling unnecessary stuff that you don't need. They explained everything I needed to know in detail. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Dr Patel was recommended to us in a blog and reached out personally. Such a different experience. He and his entire staff are friendly, empathetic, highly skilled and explain everything. It's truly blessed that I became a patient at FLOSS Sugar Land. I love everything about this dental office, from the front desk to the dental chair. Everyone greeted me with a smile which really brightened up my day. The best part for being a FLOSS Sugar Land dental patient is that I could get a FREE teeth whitening once a year for LIFE. Yes, you've heard that right, FREE TEETH WHITENING FOR LIFE. I was checking around, and I was quoted for $450 for an in-office teeth whitening. Thank you Dr. Patel and the team for such a great dental experience and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I have been a regular patient for about 3 years now, and i couldn't be happier. Dr. Patel is professional, personable, and practical. Gave me great advice about using a water pik since most people don't floss 'correctly'. Turns out he is right! Also this office offers FREE yearly whitening for consistent patients, which is awesome:) Also, Blyss and the other hygenists are really great. Do yourself a favor and make am appointment!!

I made my first visit at Floss and it was amazing!!! Dr Patel is very nice and professional. He advised that I will need Invisalign on my teeth. I did not feel pressured to make an on the spot decision. His Dental Tech is friendly and very welcoming (Like we've known each other for years! I love her already! lol)

Loved the staff and Dr. Patel was thorough and swift. Everyone is genuine and full of great energy. They gave me a tour of the facility which made me feel very welcomed. And there treatment plans were in my budget. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Love, love, love!!!

I've been a patient here for 2-3 years and have never had a bad experience. They are always professional, on time, and nice. I appreciate that I see the same hygienist every visit so there is great continuity of care. It's also a clean, comfortable environment.

Dr. Patel is amazing. Great bedside manner. Top notch staff from front to back. They're honest and upfront with costs of service. They tell you exactly what you need and what they recommend you do. Free whitening is a plus. They even offered to help my mom who didn't have insurance. They are a well rub practice.
