This place is more like a lounge that has the option to clean your teeth while you are lounging and hanging out with friends. Dr. Patel is more like your best friend from college. He is a well rounded cool guy that can talk to you about anything. All of the equipment is state of the art and painless. You literally don't get out of the big boy chair for anything. The staff is always upbeat and all of them have a sense of humor. A visit is really like hanging with friends who all care about your teeth ya know. The team of hygienists are great at what they do and tell the best jokes. Bliss is the funniest person there and tells the best jokes. I have been going to this location for 8 years and counting. My wife and I both go to Floss. Funny story, she got annoyed with me and Dr. Patel because we had to have our current state of Houston sports conversation during the appointment. LOL She goes by herself now lol. Long story short, Dr. P and the staff at Floss are the best in the business hands down.

It was my first time here today and I had such a good experience! No wait time! The Hygienist took her time for my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable. She was great. Dr. Patel was quick and straight to the point. He didn’t over exaggerate anything like some dentists I have come across in the past. Dr. Patel and team kept my treatment plan to exactly what I needed and didn’t add extra unnecessary stuff. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Floss Dental Sugar Land since 2018! Dr. Vi and Dr. Patel are awesome!!!!! Everyone, from the receiving area to the floor, the staff is really pleasant and they always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The clinic very nice, spotless, and even the bathrooms are very clean. They explain things clearly and encouraged me to ask questions on things I don’t understand. I trust them with my Dental care.

The job ended but I continued to trust Dr. Patel and his staff with all of my dental needs. Efficient, clean, and professional. Love that they have TVs in the ceiling. I get a little anxious about going to the dentist and being able to watch cute animal videos during the cleaning put me right at ease. The appointments are fairly quick without comprising quality, which is important to me as a working professional. Dr. Patel is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Floss to family and friends.

Having just moved here, I found the Best dentist in Texas. Dr. Patel is not only professional, courteous, honest & compassionate. His whole team is Wonderful. Amanda is part of Dr.'s team and I can't say enough about how Great they are. There is really no wait time, and Everyone is on the same page. If you are fearful of going to the Dentist...do not pass go and just head to Floss Dental !

The doctor is good, the lady that cleaned my teeth by name BLYXX she is really nice and good . I recommend this place. And the decor is beautiful and very organized and comfortable. This is a total package. But lastly am not supposed to put this here but the doctor need to see this. When I pled to them to help me with wifi the both of them gave me some bad attitude. Infact they refused to help.that wasn't nice. Every other thing was perfect except that.
