I was once a happy patient here. However after realizing very quickly that they only want money that changed. I went in over a year ago for a cleaning. was immediately told I need a deep cleaning. Now this isn't my first rodeo, I also have a family member that is a dentist (in corpus). When you go in for a deep clean, they should measure the pockets, etc. that way you know how much progress is made. This never occurred. So then i had a follow up cleaning this was last year again never measured the pockets for my progress. So not sure how they know. Then I was supposed to have an appt in December which they cancelled. They do this often. Then wont reschedule you for another 3 months. So I got in where it was supposed to be a standard cleaning. I get there an had a cleaning nothing special, no measuring of pockets, didn't see a dentist at all, no fluoride, etc. Go to pay and I owe money, well I have insurance where I get 2 free cleanings a year. Well they stated this was still part of the deep cleaning from over a year ago. Absolutely NOT. I know better and know this is only for them to pad their pockets this practice is doing a lot of things they shouldn't be. I am reporting them to insurance for fraud and for continuing to try and file for things they shouldn't be. I am also filing a complaint on the TSBDE. Also asked for a call back from the dentist and no call back. Its pathetic

Love the environment and staff, but parking is limited in the front, and a long walk from the free parking garage. I'm disabled and have handicapped parking, but none is available close to the office. That's the only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5.

Excellent service! This is my second visit here and I have showed up a few minutes early and barely had time to sit before I'm called back. This is the most efficient dentists office I've been too. Very clean and friendly staff.
Dr. Patel has top notch bedside manners. I've never had a dentist explain things so thoroughly. He is personable and makes you feel comfortable.
This office is also modern and hip! Keep up the great work, it is noticed and appreciated!!
