Most of the staff are nice enough but this place just feels like a cattle herding dentist. There are literally chairs for miles here and you're just another one of the cows getting poked and prodded at.
I called to cancel my appointment two days prior and they harassed me about it not being 24 "business hours" before the appointment. I have a cough that won't go away and I'm scheduled for a root canal where I have to keep my mouth open for two hours straight. Sorry if it was only "20 business hours" away.
If your cancellation policy is THREE DAYS then you need to just say THREE DAYS. If your cancellation policy is 24 hours, but they are "business hours" then just say your cancellation policy is THREE DAYS! Sure, you'll pop on here and reply to my review saying that cancellations drive up costs for all your customers. BUT YOU HAVE A ZILLION CHAIRS AND A WAITING LIST!!! If you don't suck, you should be able to fill a spot no problem with 2 days notice.
I also had tons of issues scheduling appointments here. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment, I ended up getting scheduled in Bonney Lake instead of Puyallup... and yes I'm 100% sure I called Puyallup. When I got my confirmation text the day before my appointment, it said I was all set for my appointment in Bonney Lake. When I called to ask about it, they said "oh I'm so sorry our person that does scheduling here in Puyallup also does scheduling for Bonney Lake" and they weren't able to fit me in for a couple weeks... don't mind the time I took off of work for nothing.
Long story short, the staff are relatively nice but the policies they have are painful and illogical. And you're just another one in the herd of cattle that they really don't care about as long as they can take your money. I've tried to give them a chance but they just don't make me warm and fuzzy.

Just moved to town and had a tooth bothering me. Got there and realized I didn't have dental insurance. They worked me and gave me a discount for the checkup. Explained really well why I was having sensitivity after having my wisdom teeth out at a different dentist a few months back out of state. I would go back if we were staying in town.

Probably the most painless dental appointment I've ever had. They have a device that you can barely feel adding novocaine to your mouth. Dr Kim was very gentle with their " light" Dentistry. Would recommend this to anyone needing dental work. GO VIKINGS!

Called about 3 dentists office crying from tooth pain, light Dental Studios got me in the next morning. I just got a root canal done with Dr. Hyder who was a literal angel in my opinion and was kind, professional and friendly. Totally redeemed my view of dentists and made the whole process stress free.

This is not only the best dentist office, but the best medical office I've ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, the facilities are pleasant, and the work they do is top notch. I seriously just had a painless filling. It was amazing.

If I could give less of a start i would. They not only messed up a filling but then didnt fix it and said it was fine and then charged me a charge that was supposed to be waived due to them not fixing the filling during the visit. THEN sent it to collections after saying they were writing it off ad not contacting me. I have to pay even more to get it off my credit... SCAMMMMERS
