It is very evident that Light Dental Studios takes pride in providing excellent services. Best dental office I’ve been to, where I feel there is a genuine interest in the patients needs. Staff show empathy, and do a great job explaining the various procedures, making you feel at ease. They always exhaust all efforts to try and get you in on short notice too. I am a teacher and had the Light Dental Studios tooth fairy come to my classroom to talk about dental hygiene. The LDS team did an amazing job coordinating, planning, and providing an environment that promoted all children to learn about their teeth. The tooth fairy took her time to read the kids a story and did so engaging the children with questions. She took her time with each child and did not rush through their questions. More importantly, during her visit she was able to accommodate 4 kindergarten classrooms and 3 special education rooms. The Light Dental Studios team is phenomenal and I look forward to many years of tooth fairy visits.

Going to the Dentist is the one thing in life I dread the most…not here. It is a very different environment compared to most office’s sterile almost clinical setting but more importantly there hasn’t been a time where I wasn’t greeted with a smile and professional, comforting discussion about any of my procedures. I wouldn’t go as far as saying I’m looking forward to my future appointments but I’m definitely not anxious or nervous like I’ve been for 40 years. I can count the number of reviews on one hand I’ve written in my life for places that warrant one for better than good customer service and experience and this is one of them!

I had a dental emergency and Emma in the front office was able to get me in on the next day I was off. She was kind and even introduced herself when I checked in for my appointment. I have a very busy schedule but they were able to do the procedure on the same day. Dr. Hsu and his assistant Arlene were very thorough and informative, and they made the process quick and easy.
