I moved East coast to Seattle and went to this place for general cleaning, x-ray and exam as they posted a flyer on the corner of 35th Ave and 75th Street $99. In my past experience, the process was x-ray, followed by mouth cleaning by hygienist and then dentist examined including gum measurements. They had hygienist took about 30 minutes to measure gum with someone recording the results. It was VERY uncomfortable and sometimes I heard she laughed. Come on, be respect to your patient. She did not do it correctly and repeated the measurement 2-3 times. Is she qualified to do this job? After horrible experience, I was sitting there for about 10 minutes. Waiting.. without knowing what next? Why did they let hygienist measure gum? She supposed to do general cleaning but did not do it. When dentist finally came, she did not even examine and just looked x-ray and sent me for oral surgery.
The reception was even very rude and unprofessional while I discussed this matter with dentist. Guess what, at end the reception asked me to pay $377. I pushed back and pointed to the flyer they posted outsides and I asked for itemized bills. She took new patient discount $139 off. The final bill is $199 without full services they posted. They did not even respect patient privacy and talked loudly and openly. It was horrible experience and I would not recommend this place. Finally, I told reception that I would ask my wife to cancel her upcoming appointment. Guess what, the reception said it would be $100 charge. WHAT? People get pay for service they provide.

Dr.Shahid and her staff are amazing. Now for all of you Negative reviewers apparently u have something going on within yourself to leave a negative review for Seattles #1 dentist. Dr. Shahid uses the state of the art technology, peep’s technology don’t lie. Dr Shahid is not a drill happy dentist she is very conservative. Love and appreciation goes out to Dr. Shahid and her staff.

Everything is good at this dentist office. The office manager is so nice, Dr Shahid is a honest dentist so try's to save your teeth and only does what’s necessary. The rest of the employees are nice and knowledgeable.
