Went here twice after Dr. Shahid took over Dr. Adatto’s practice. Had been a patient of Dr. Adatto’s for years and was always given a complete estimate and statement of costs. No outstanding balance owed. Six months after seeing Dr. Shahid, someone calls to tell me I have a balance owing. I never received a bill for anything while in the office or afterwards by mail. I asked for an itemized statement showing what services had not been paid. I was emailed a bill that only showed a balance due. I sent a complete billing history for two years showing what was billed and what was paid by my insurance and from my bank account. Several more emails back and forth asking for a complete itemized statement that called out the service unpaid. I never received any statement either in email or in writing. It’s now year a later and I was notified of a collection account on my credit report. For the amount they claim I owe. Dr. Shahid might be a qualified dentist but her office staff are the worst.
