I just moved to the area and like a lot of folks haven't seen a dentist throughout the pandemic. I visited one office and while I really liked them, I wanted to get a 2nd opinion because their recommended treatment was kind of a lot. So I came to Smiles on 35th!
The hygienist who worked with me, Jade, made me feel super welcome and comfortable right off the bat, and I felt that both she and Dr. Shahid were really upfront and honest with me and took the time to explain and describe possible treatment options. I left feeling more confident and optimistic about my treatment and eager to get back to the office in the future! Definitely recommend.

And then Smiles On 35th -Seattle gave me one of the best crowns in my mouth and also repaired a few other things that I was unaware of. The offices are clean, professional and delightful employees. Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist, I get so much anxiety and would always get judgy comments when I go due to not being able to go consistently. I decided to take a chance on Smiles due to being down the road from them and wow I'm glad I did! Dr. Shahid ,I feel, sensed my anxiety and would always check on me. She asked if I was okay and if I needed any more numbing medicine along with letting me know what she was doing so I wasn't surprised. I felt seen and heard! The fact that it's POC and women owned also made me feel at ease. The receptionist is always welcoming as well and accommodating with my Mondays only schedule. I feel very comfortable going there and I will be sure to recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
