Northcutt Dental

Yesterday was my 3rd time to Northcutt Dental on Shillingers rd. This time they took me in immediately, right after I called. The entire office is just a very pleasant experience. The waiting room is extremely comfortable with couches, t.v.s and refreshments. The staff is overly nice and I have not found a rude person there. The dental rooms are open and not behind close doors which I like, each having their own television. The dentist can even show you what they are working on by flipping the t.v. over to the work they are doing.

Now compared to my old Dentist this place is incredible. The place was so dreary I never wanted to go and would put it off until it was too late. I pay out of pocket every trip to the dentist so I do keep track of cost and Northcutt seems very reasonable.

The staff are always professional and smiling. This tells me that they enjoy their careers. My hygienist, Michelle Cook, has a way of putting you at ease and cares for the patients she attends. Her energetic and bubbly personality makes your visit enjoyable.

This has been my family dentist since we moved from MS and I love it! The staff there is amazing! They are so nice and patient. I really wanted to recognize KAYLA. I hope I am spelling her name right. She has been such a help. She has gone above and beyond every time I call. That's the kind of worker I love, one who cares about the patient and that patient needs. Kayla keep up the hard work girly! You make me smile even with this terrible toothache! These people are great! Such team players. Wish me luck on my extraction soon :)

Wow, The staff I encountered here was amazing ❤️Truly the best Dentist office I’ve ever visited. My hygienist\X-Ray Tech and the Doc here has great bedside manner, friendly and patient! I definitely would suggest this Dentist office to anyone looking!

Dr. Dixon has caused so much trouble because of a botched root canal. He left part of his tool in my root and left it in my head. He also perforated my sinus. I had to go to a different dentist to remove the root & metal from my jaw. Now I'm having sinus surgery. I had to pay over $2200 for the root canal and eventual tooth pulling. The 2nd follow up dentist did $5400 worth of work for $1500 because he felt sorry for me. He even called Dr. Dixon on my behalf. Now, the sinus surgery is going to cost even more. Did I forget to tell you I had to pay for a CT Scan of my sinus that led to the surgery? I own my own business and I NEVER leave a bad review for anyone. I usually keep my mouth shut and move on. A friend encouraged me to warn others and write this review. I will say Dr. Mason was always wonderful and I love her. She wasn't available the day I went in 5 months ago with a tooth ache. That's how I got stuck with Dr. Dixon. I hope this testimony helps save someone from a lot of pain.

Saw a Dr. Miner here for a couple of bad infected teeth. This Dr. did not have a license to even write anything for pain. Complete waste of time. If you going to have dentist at your office they should not be seeing anyone for an infection/toothache if they are not even able to write pain medication in this state!

I have used Dr. Mason ever since she has been at Cottage Hill. She is the best Oral Surgeon I have ever had. When I heard she was moving to the Cottage Hill Office I called and left word for them to call me as soon as she was in her office. I have never regretted it.

I was a bit disappointed that my previous peeps were not there but I grew quickly to live my new person Katie or Catie. She was through, kind and very concern for my well being at all times. It was actually a happy visit! I look forward to my next encounter with her.

From our initial visit to Northcutt Dental in March 2014 through our journey to almost completing the dental apparatus upgrade we have had a very positive experience with everyone: reception, Dr. Dixon, Jade, Crystal, Nia...we don't want to leave anyone out because everyone went out of their way to make this journey a very positive experience.
The explanation of options and the benefits made future decisions easy to make.
This Dental practice lives up to the real meaning of "Service" we did not use the phrase "Customer Service" because we never felt like a "Customer" but part of the Northcutt Dental Family... Well Done

Amazing work! The hygienist was great!!! She was a perfectionist so she took her time and gave me some clean teeth! Plus complementary cookies,coffee,juice, and water!
