Everytime I come for a visits I have a genuinely pleasant experience. I've never felt judged here. Today I was seen by Carley and Dr. Davis and they were awesome. The wait in the waiting room is always fairly short. Everyone is so professional and amazing. I love this place, Thank you Northcutt.

As a person that has had bad experiences with dentist offices and dentists, I am very pleased with everything at Northcutt Dental - Cottage Hill. Everyone is so nice & friendly and they do everything they can to make the patient feel comfortable. I am very happy with all of the dental work I have received there and I recommend them to anyone in need of good, affordable dental work.

There is no word to express how incredibly fantastic Jennifer and Dr. Clein are. For lack of a better word- Phenomenal. I’m gonna go Oprah on these two and refer everyone to them. You get a referral , and you get a referral, everybody gets a referral! Check under your chair bc that’s a referral for Dr. Clein and Jennifer. Yay!😄 I refuse to see anyone else. These are my amigos. Oh what’s that? Dr. Clein and Jennifer are on Vacation. Cool, I’ll wait until they get back bc they are boss! Period. Before I came in I was thinking they were gonna be like “who did it and why” but once I came into their care I knew instantly God put these two in my life and I was good. Thanks big guy 🙏🏻 Jennifer- instantly fell in love with her. Very proficient and professional and welcoming and just a great personality. She cares a lot about what she does and is genuine and I just know she’s gonna go far. Dr. Clein- brooooooo he’s the BEST! On point! A game! Super boss! Wicked smart! Highly proficient! God bless this man! Yeah this dude is family bc he’s my dentist FOR LIFE! Hey fam. Instantly welcoming, very comfortable, amazing personality, highly informative, award winning practice. On April 3, 2018, I purchased a new crown for the 2nd molar tooth (Upper right side), my dentist was Dr. Masion. I had gingivectomy-access/restoration($30), core buildup, include any pins($25), crown-porcelain/ceramic substr($336). I spent $391.2 in total, my insurance paid $466.8 to get the new crown.
However, the new crown came off on Nov 3 2018. So I had to go to a dentist Michael Kutten to send the new crown back on NOV 6, 2018, I spent $45 to do this. Unfortunately, the crown came off again in Jan 10, 2019, so I had no choice to see the dentist again to send my crown back on Jan 14 2019. But, this crown came off at third time on Feb 18 2019. This new crown’s edge is too short. It doesn’t fit my tooth at all. It's total failure. My whole family saw Dr. Masion for several years. This made me very disappointed.
And also, a cheating exists in the bill. That is "core buildup, include any pins". Dr. Masion didn't make core buildup for me. She just used my old ground tooth which was made by another dentist, she did not do any extra work on the old ground tooth. Her notes said, there was decay on my tooth and that she placed a build up on my tooth after removing the decay. This is a cheat. I didn't have decay on this tooth, my x ray of this tooth before I started to prepare for a a new crown can prove this. I have ever questioned the nurse about this cost. She answered:"Even though Dr. Masion didn't make core buildup, the fee still should be there". Obviously, this is a cheat. It caused insurance company to pay $100.8 for this item.
So, I will not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

If you need an amazing hygienist to clean your teeth, make an appointment to see Brittany. You will NOT be disappointed. Overall the experience was great from start to finish.

Had 1 appt at this office and that was 1 to many. I decided to get a second opinion from a prev. Exam ( cost) so I went here. This dentist told me I had 7 cavities YES 7!!!! This office wanted close to $10,000 in work from me and quite a bit from my bf that had only 1 issue. This is despicable and it is theft from the patient and insurance companies. Had to pay a 3rd dentist and rec the same treatment plan as the 1st. Just sayin.

Northcutt Dental's staff made my initial visit fast and easy. I like the fact that they sent me the usual new patient forms electronically so I could fill them out online days before my appointment. When I got to the office for my visit, the staff was friendly and the process flowed smoothly. I will recommend Northcutt Dental to all my friends and family.

We loved the personalities the caring services provided by Northcutt dental. This being the first tooth my husband has ever had pulled and he freaks out with needles and stuff they made sure that he felt comfortable relaxed and insured of his pain levels and that if he felt anything that they made sure that he knew what to do to let him know and they would stop from the moment we walked in the door and the first person we spoke with to the time we walked out the door and the last people we spoke with was the most outstanding excellent service by a group of medical professionals I personally have ever experienced and they are very reasonably priced they didn't rip us off they didn't act like them pulling a tooth I was going to have to to be the hardest thing in the world for them and it cost us the most they didn't try to break us I strongly recommend if you need dental work done of any kind go see Mallory and the crew at northcutt dental on schillinger road in Mobile Alabama trust me you will not be disappointed

My experience was excellent. My old dentist had retired and my family and I had to venture out and find a new dentist. I was very reluctant to go to a different dentist because we love our previous dentist so much; however, after reading many reviews I found Dr Mason. The reviews explains her perfectly. The staff and Doctor Mason at Northcutt Dental Practice very friendly and very comforting. Katie, my Dental Hygienist was great. She took her time and explain to me everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I am very grateful that we were able to find Dr. Mason and her staff at Northcutt Dental Practice, Cottage Hill location.

Really disappointed. I have been going to this dentist office over 2 years now and this is the first time I had a real issue which is why I left three stars instead of one. On the website it says they offer emergency services. However, when I called about excruciating tooth pain I was told to just go to urgent care that they were all booked and they had my appointment for a root canal booked well over two weeks. They claimed nothing could be do since I was already on antibiotics and that’s all the dentist would do for me. I told them my face was swollen I couldn’t bite down I was having such debilitating pain I couldn’t function. Well I went to another dentist and was seen RIGHT away and they couldn’t believe I was being seen so late. They performed the surgery right away and took the infection and the nerves out to help ease my toothache.
