I can not say enough good things about Northcutt Dental! First let me say that my husband is military and we move often, so I have had several dentists in the last 5 years, and Dr. Mason and her staff are INCREDIBLE! The office is modern and clean, while the staff is extremely courteous and professional. I felt that my routine cleaning received in this office was the most thorough and in depth cleaning/examination I have ever had at a dental office - they made sure to do a good job and were not trying to rush me out. The scheduling system they have in place seems to work great and I appreciate the text message/ e-mail reminders. I also really appreciate the print out they provided showing me the dental work I needed and what costs my insurance would cover as well as my portion - this was provided PRIOR to the work being done (unlike most offices that surprise you with costs). I would highly recommend this office for any dental services needed. I am extremely thankful that a fellow military wife recommended this office to me. Thank you Northcutt Dental!

Thank GOD for Northcutt. I been with my old dentist for 2 decades yet they became a total inconvenience. This office considers people working 8 to 5 and offer evening service. Not to mention my daughter was seen in No time. She loved it. They were very Welcoming to New patients. Quality and Convenience

This was my first visit and it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Brittany who cleaned my teeth was very sweet and professional and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was a first time patient, after being referred by my mother. I was very impressed just by walking in the front door. The waiting area is very comfortable and inviting. My 6 year old daughter was tagging along with me and enjoyed sitting in the children's area. Snacks/beverages were offered as you waited (I have never seen before). The staff at the front desk was very friendly and kind when I could not locate the correct information for my dental insurance. After getting that taken care of I was immediately taking to the cleaning room. Each person that stopped by was very friendly and acknowledged my daughter being with me. One hygienist stepped in and turned the TV on for my daughter to make her feel comfortable.
Stacy was my hygienist and was just beyond great. With the fear of going to the dentist she never once made me feel uncomfortable or the instant I need to get up and run lol. The dentist came in and explained everything that I needed to know.

Over all it was very refreshing to be in a dentist office and be impressed from the beginning to end.

I don't really like going to the dentist but Northcutt is by far the best I have been to. I haven't really been in a while but happy I did so I can feel confident with my smile. Alexis was very knowledgeable, gentle, and answered all my questions and I was comfortable the whole time I was there. All of the staff are friendly and I'm happy I chose Northcutt for my dental needs and ready for my next appointment already !

I was scheduled for a replacement crown, and the process was completely flawless. The new temporary crown was molded and fitted by Laura, and the temporary crown actually fit better than the permanent crown that was already in. If I am given the opportunity to request her dental skills when I return to have the new permanent crown put in, I will definitely do so. Great staff all the way around.

I was so scared to go the dentist but this place was great! I had Alexis and she was the absolute best! She took all my worries away and helped me feel calm and comfortable! The doctor was great also! Actually everyone was wonderful! If you need a new dentist you won’t be disappointed here!

One of the hardest things about moving to a new town is finding all new providers, and also ones that you trust, and are comfortable with. I was introduced to Northcutt and Dr. Mason via a referral, and have been a happy patient ever since! Their staff is always polite and helpful, the office is spotless, they are always on time, and to top it off, each room is equipped with it's own personal TV! In addition to my routine cleanings, I have also had a few small cavities that needed to be filled - Dr. Mason took excellent care of me and the awful anxiety I normally have. I would highly recommend her and the Northcutt team!

My experience in the office was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were available and smiley as soon as I walked in the door. They were prompt in making availability to me even with my chaotic work schedule. The facility itself is beautiful and top-of-the-line dental equipment. I was able to sit with ease and comfort during my teeth cleaning today with Stephanie boykin ,she was very kind and courteous to my dental needs. And no words can describe how Dr.Mason made me feel, she has the best beside manner I have ever seen and coming from another office who made me feel (Less Than) that means a lot!!! Questions were answered and helpful information was shared. From start to finish, the appointment was wonderful thank you so much EXCELLENT JOB, Northcutt team!

To begin, I am deathly afraid of needles and having my mouth worked on but Dr. Dixon made this a painless and pleasant process! He was so fast and gentle with me and kept me calm the entire time. He made sure I was good and numb before he began any of the procedure.

Kayla R. was the person who set my appointment. She was able to work around my work schedule and fit me in when I was able to do so without having to miss any work.

The facilities are very nice and exceptionally clean. I have definitely found me a new dentist office and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for their new dental office.
