Worst experience with my appointment 9/3/22. Arrived 5 minutes before my appt staff receiving payment looked as if she checked out for the day and was moody. She told me I can head to the room and I didn't know where to go so I said do you want me to wait in the lobby. The staff who did my diagnostic procedure I guess felt sorry and assisted me in heading to the designated room. The assistant who was assigned to me was constantly apologizing and leaving the room. She started saying that I missed appts, non compliant and I told her let me see the missed appts because I don't miss appts yes I rescheduled several times because the appt didn't work out in my end due to work or no sitter for kids.

No Cleaning was done I understand because the hour was almost done because of all the delay and misinformation. Just be honest from the beginning of the visit that no procedures was going to be done and was just a wasted visit idk why the diagnostic was done and then just delaying me to stay there for an hour without nothing being done.

I have a real fear of the dentist but this office puts me at such ease. I am beyond pleased with the service here. I really like the staff a lot, they all seem to be so nice, caring, gentle, and listen to everything I have to say. They work together and help each other out and I really like the team atmosphere. I hate I spent so much time at other dental office because Northcutt Dental on Schillenger Rd is by far the best.

Have had a wonderful experience with this office. Samiya is awesome, and I would recommend her to anybody!

I broke a tooth on Friday before I was to start neck radiation cancer treatment on Monday. As my dentist along with most others were closed on Fridays, I called Northcutt and they made me a priority, got me in for consultation and pulled the tooth the following morning. Dr Seale and his staff went above my expectations and were courteous and professional. They understood I would have to postpone my treatment another week if I couldn’t get it handled. Thanks so much!

I have been a Client for three (3) years and I am satisfied overall with Northcutt Dental. Your Dentist is like your Doctor; You want to use the same one all the time, but you may not get the same Doctor or Hygienist at every visit. I was informed that I could request that if I wanted to. However, I have had a great experience with all of the Medical Staff. The Office Staff is great also; friendly, supportive, pleasant and Professional!

Went twice & just wasn't for me. Some staff were nice, but some were just rude including my hygienist. Not a horrible choice, probably good for many, but I moved somewhere that I felt was much better after one visit.

Will never go there again. They are the worst I have ever been to in 30 years.not upfront with prices. The right hand doesn’t know what they’re left hand is doing!

I Love Northcutt Dental never had a problem everyone is always pleasant and I love cause there open on Saturday and with my job I can make my appointments for the day. Love them so much wouldn’t trade them fir anyone else

I was very nervous about having a few cavities filled because I had never had them before but the office staff and doctor were very kind and reassuring during the entire experience. There was minimal pain involved and the work was done quickly. I will definitely be going back for any future dental work.
