First dentist hygienist visit in years that I laughed. Very kind and helpful staff. Not once did I feel rushed or like I couldn’t ask questions. All staff was very competent and instilled confidence. They were very trustworthy and I look forward to remaining with this office for foreseeable future. This did seem to be a busier office which I find a good sign but take that as you may.

Been going to cortaro smiles for years! I only see Melissa Tucker as I have periodontal disease and she makes the process of those intence cleanings less stressful on me. She explains everything she is doing, would like to do and what she recommends thoroughly and I decide what to have her do. I trust her with all her recommendations. I moved to Phoenix a few months ago....I won't let anyone else touch my teeth or gums!! I drive 2 hours to see Melissa and her assistant, Haide. Total travel time is 4 hours....but so worth it! Love them!

This was the best painless expierence I had.
Melissa Tucker explained the procedure on injecting the medication to numb the area for a root cannal. She made me feel relaxed as she gently injected the area, I felt no pain. Then, while Dr Ben Garagozloo continued with the root canal, it was painless. I remained painless even through the dental crown. Even after the numbness wore off, I continued to be painless not requiring any pain medications. I recommend Melissa for anyone who wants a painless procedure. Everyone in the office is very nice and polite including the Doctors.

This place is filled with nothing but lying, cheating shysters! How is it my teeth are great but my gums are trash for someone who brushes twice a day and flosses once a day? My last hygienist 6 months ago told me my gums and teeth were great. But I should have known, a company who charges 195 for a simple cleaning should have told me everything I needed to know. Just like Tortolita Dental Group and Orthodontics, both of you will be shut down if you keep up these shady practices. BTW TELL THE HYGENIST TO FIND A NEW LINE OF WORK AND DON'T GET BELLIGERANT IF SOMEONE CATCHES YOU IN A LIE!

She is amazing, and I am learning to believe in and trust in the other staff who work there as well. Jen is definitely the reason I am going back next week to have a crown replaced.

Thank you so much to Melissa Tucker for coming back early from her lunch to get me numbed before my crown. She is the gentlest of all shot-givers and always puts me at ease! Dr. Guo did my crown and he and the whole team did everything they could to make it go smoothly for me. I get very anxious at the dentist office in general but this team helped me get through it.
