This place is a joke. They try to sell you overpriced care when it is unnecessary.
My fiance and I were both told we needed 2 root canals each on different appointments. We got a second opinion and were both able to receive minimally invasive fillings to correct the issue. I can't believe people would actually destroy a tooth to make money off of someone, when it could be corrected with minor repair.
Such a scam of a company and a shame to do business with lack of integrity.

Frustrated with scheduling! The office staff called two months in a row canceling our appointment(s) by voicemail and did not return my numerous voice mails requesting replacement appointments... I feel this office has a large client base and they let clients/patients slip through the cracks. The office did charge my credit card, without fail; they did not let those payments slip through the cracks.

Terrible scheduling - took 8 hours in the chair to have one root canal and a crown. If I hadn't complained after 5 hours who knows how long it would take them! Never going back! Also, you should know they are running Windows 7 on their computers which means if they do not have extended support they are non-Hipaa compliant! They leave the computers unlocked which means a hacker could easily add malware onto their network. Your records could end up on the dark web!

This office made me feel so comfortable through my whole visit. Alondra and Nikki were so thorough and patient with me. Dr. Liu was amazing very professional and caring. They also offered me something to drink while i waited and made me feel welcomed overall. They are all very friendly and exuberent. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

This has to be my best dental office I’ve ever visited. Eveyojne was so professional, from the receptionist all the way up to the doctor. I love how friendly and knowledge Melissa Tucker is at her job. This is definitely the dental office that I will stick around for awhile!

Everyone was very pleasant and the office was very welcoming!! The staff put me at ease because they took the time to explain everything they were going to do. The staff treated me like I was there only patient at the time and that gave me the feeling that they really cared about me. I would recommend Cortaro Smile to everyone.
