The Dental Express Point Loma

I had a root canal done here recently, and Dr. Eric and his team were amazing. I have classic dental anxiety, and he was super patient and supportive throughout the process. After my crown was placed it didn’t feel quite right, and I was able to get in the next day to have it adjusted. The ladies at the front desk are awesome too. They’re very helpful and incredibly friendly.

I got a teeth cleaning from Bethany, and I can’t compliment her highly enough for doing really excellent work on teeth that hadn’t seen a cleaning in far too long, and just having the best bedside manner I’ve ever had at dental office. It’s clear there’s a culture of really good hospitality at this office; everyone there is awesome. I’ve been in 3 times now, and I’ve enjoyed how efficient it’s been, how pleasant everyone has been, and the transparency of the recommended treatments and billing. Great job!

I got my wisdom teeth out here and overall had a good experience minus the wait. That was really all that was good and the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

This place overbooks like no tomorrow making waits ridiculous. I sit here for 30-1 hour every time even with an appointment, then wait another 30-1 hour in the chair. It’s a waste of my time since I have to take time off work to be here.

I got a cleaning here back in March and scheduled my next cleaning 6 months out. I guarantee you they didn’t have anyone else booked, and if they did it was not filled up. Well, to my surprise, they overbooked again and had a 1 hour delay. I had family in town and could not wait another hour. I told them I’ll reschedule. I called the next week to reschedule and now they don’t have anything available until DECEMBER. It’s SEPTEMBER. unbelievable. Will be changing dentists. Don’t give anyone your money here and don’t waste your time here.

I was very impressed with Bethany, a highly skilled dental hygienist who x rayed and cleaned my teeth. She had a lovely attitude and calmly yet humorous disposition. The actual dentist only checked my teeth very quickly and was difficult to understand (with the mask and accent) and didn’t get a good understanding of my dental condition overall.

I just got my teeth cleaned and checked! Everyone I met including Dr Zeki, manager Whitney, front desk Rarely were so friendly and helpful! Especially the dental assistant Bethany, she took her time to clean my teeth. She even thanked me for taking care of my teeth so that my teeth didn't have a lot of build ups!!!

I am 74 years old and I have been to more dental offices than I can count. This office is by far the best that I have been to. Everyone is friendly and professional. When a veneer fell off I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. I am a Denti-Cal patient, And this Office treats me with dignity and respect. I especially want to thank Dr. Eric and his assistant, CRIZZA, who have been especially kind to me. The entire experience Made me feel that they really cared about me, as they have gone out of their way to assist me. Dr Eric is a very competent and gentle dentist. I could not be any happier or more grateful that I found this clinic!
PS: I forgot to mention that Dr. Eric is a true Southern gentleman!

There are actually no words to express how grateful I am for my new Dental Family!! Front desk Ladies as well. Dr. Davis has restored my faith in the dentistry world. He is a blessing to those of us that have been terrified of dentists due to past dental trauma, which is why I have no problem referring people to him. They are the reason for my New Smile & I am forever Grateful.

Friendly staff but they don’t know what they are doing! I have Medi-Cal and I had a lot of trouble with them! First they start my treatment and they told me that my insurance denied when I finished, so I needed to pay $1,000 for the work. I needed a crown for my teeth and when it was ready they tried to put in my teeth (after x-rays, after they sent to the laboratory and etc etc) and they told me that wasn’t fitting. So, I needed to come back at the next day for more x-rays. I made this process 3 times… they tried the crown and all 3x they told me, “we need more x-rays”… (3x means I need to come back to their office 3x). At the end, another person tried to help putting the SAME crown that they was having problems and fitted!
Anyway, I had 2 more teeth to fix and they told me in advance (to don’t make the same mistake) that the Medi-Cal kept declining and they waited for me to come back to the office to tell me in person, something that they could call me. The last time that I was there they asked me to call Medi-Cal to help them with this approval. I called Medi-Cal and they said: “change your dentist because they are sending all the wrong documents”, so I did and now I’m doing my treatment with another dentist and I’m very happy because I’m using my insurance! :)

Dr. Zeki and Bridget were absolutely fantastic. 2 crowns and it was a smooth experience from start to finish.
I’d totally trust them for any dental needs. Thank you. 😊😀

My experience was awesome at Dental Express. Everyone was very courteous and polite.The staff here is the Best!!! Special Thanks to Ms. Bridget and Dr. Raymond they did a great job taking care of me today.
