I was very nervous going into the Dental Express. But every person in the office was kind and made me feel comfortable to be in a dentist office. The front desk ladies were friendly and explained everything clearly. Ruben was witty and assured me that I could relax and that everything would be okay. Doctor Ferguson was also kind and was sure to 'check in' with me during my cleaning. It reminded me to breathe. The experience made me feel comfortable going to the dentist's office.

The office is clean and the model train that runs around the top is novel. The office staff was alert and friendly. I was let know that they were running a little late. Dr. Casey made sure to stop by and address my needs and concerns. He was honest and forthright. I go in for my first dental procedure in a few days and I am not worried at all. I think everyone in the office is competent especially Dr. Casey.

I was greeted with kindness and respect as soon as I walked through the door and the receptionists were all smiles. My dentist was quite knowledgeable and had a pretty good bedside manner. Eventhough it was my first consultation,Im sure that my other visits will be quite satisfying.

Today was my first time going to Dental Express. The office was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and most importantly I was very comfortable there. I basically love my new dentist!

I have been to Dental Express twice since they opened--once for myself and once for my kiddos (ages two-and-a-half and six). They staff was friendly and accommodating, and the office was truly lovely. It reminds me more of a Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom lounge inside; it is not remotely clinic-feeling.
It was my daughter's first time getting her teeth cleaned, and they were patient with her and smiley. She now LOVES going to the dentist and asked if she could get her teeth cleaned every week. Dental Express is now our family dentist, and we visit the outdoor train every time we are in Point Loma.

Dentel Express overpriced their services. On my first time visit I needed to get some work done and said my insurance wouldn't cover the whole thing. FALSE! I went to a different dentist and never charged a dime out of my pocket. My insurance perfectly cover everything. They scam people without knowing.

No one likes going to the dentist but they always make you feel comfortable. I love coming here. Not only are the doctors amazing but so are dental assistants. They actually care. I love this place and will never go to another dentist office.

Easy online booking, great customer service day of, and hygienist Bethany was amazing (personality and skill set). Quite possibly the best dental experience I've ever had!

Short wait to be taken back, everyone was very friendly. My son felt comfortable and asked if we could go back there next time he needs to see the dentist. They also give you a cute shirt.
