The staff at Dental Express( Arleen& Crizza)Dr. Danielle and company, are extremely professional and friendly. I walked into a fresh clean smelling, reception too,(not long of a wait) looking up at the train on the track going around, made me feel happy. I remembered the Holidays when my brother, set up his train under the Christmas Tree . 5 ⭐️

So happy we switched dentists! The staff is kind and friendly. Office is welcoming, clean and decorated. They were both gentle and thorough. Even our 13 year old twins left excited- from the dentist! I can’t say enough great things about this office, the staff and the dentist. We actually look forward to coming back! Thank you so much Dental Express. We are so grateful for your wonderful service. I felt the least I could do was spread the word to others about this great place.

I just want to say this place has been a fantastic dental experience. I am so impressed with all the staff members. I am a person that dreads going to the dentist and the Dentists and staff have been amazing through the entire process. Special shout out to Rakenya did such an amazing job adjusting my dentures that they almost feel natural. I never thought that was possible. Thank you Dental Express for answering all my questions and helping me feel better through a very frightening time . You are all wonderful.

Updated review that’s long overdue. Experience with this place started off 5 stars but ended in the negatives!! My little girl had filling placed over cavities that were not properly removed on 3 teeth which caused major issues! Never have I experienced anything like that from any other dental office. I have 3 kids and a big family. Never happened to anyone I know. Amazing the negligence! Besides that, my crown that they put in fell out in 11 months! I was told I needed to get a new crown! I did, but went somewhere else and aren’t ever looking back. What a shame. Such a great staff but the dental work is not acceptable

Just got a wisdom tooth extracted and every part of the process was quick, easy and friendly. I was in and out of my appointment in 20 minutes with relatively no discomfort at all. Very pleasantly surprised. This is definitely my new go-to dental office!

LOVE Dr. Jaime and his staff...they are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great hours. Hygienist was great. The dentist is all about doing what's right and not taking your every last dollar. Been a patient of theirs for about two years now, and I still think they are top notch. Office is clean and really well done....they even have a cool little electric train track. Great for kids and adults. So happy I found a great dentist close to home!

My experience at the Point Loma clinic was that there were two dentists, one new and inexperienced which was getting instructions from the technician what to do, and left after getting experience, and the other, getting argumentative when I ask a question, while a dentist Casey Ashmore who owns and remotely manage the clinic instructed a nonprofessional employee to send my insurance request for a non-covered treatment, so it is denied, and the patient goes somewhere else.
