This office is great all the way around. Great staff,enviroment,wait time as far as when you have an appt you don't have to wait long to be called back. I highly recommend this office if you are wanting to get braces or any work they can do for you.

I originally had an appointment on January 17. The office called me to reschedule because hygienist would not be there on January 17. I show up at my rescheduled appointment and the hygienist was not there. Complete waste of my time.

terrible. worst dentist place that I have ever been to. I have had to reschedule 3 times because of them after an error they made and waiting an hour just to find out she scratched my name off the list. when finally going to another appointment and after waiting an hour and 30 minutes I was called back only to sit another 30 minutes because they decided to work on someone else who was complaining of their wait. I had it and I would never recommend this place to anyone. there was even a lady in there making a complaint due to them scheduling her at 9am only to call her back at 10:40am. they don't know what they are doing! do not go you will regret!!

I needed a emergency dental procedure done. ( Cap broke off my front tooth) the staff and the Doctor were great !!! They gave a emergency appointment and took care of me completely all on the same date. I can’t thank you enough

jessica, the one that answers the phones, was very hard to work with, had no remorse for patients what so ever, horrible customer service and shouldnt be able to work with your patients. the entire office is backwards, they dont put the patients first or what they need, especially when it comes to if a patient needs premeds or not. They were not able to work with the other doctor office to get the process done quicker, they were quick to cancel the patients appointment instead of helping them. you NEED to work on your customer service. being rude ass holes wont keep patients around. thanks. :)

Dr.Truong is great. She is very caring and helpful in my treatment. I felt no discomfort during the procedures. I’m so glad that I found this office.

Hygenist Shannon takes time to explain things, commends you for doing good and gently reminds you on ways to improve. Staff, especially Jessica is professional and courteous. I enjoy being a patient at this practice.

I couldn't pay 300$ for the deep clean and they refused to do a basic cleaning with health insurance. They are only interested in emptying your wallet.

We were given an appointment for Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The appointment was made 6 weeks prior, but we arrive to the location and they have a closed sign on the door. Very poor communication! I can only imagine the customer service.

I don't like to go to the dentist; but with Great Expressions I never want to miss an appointment. They make me feel welcome and I always leave with smile.
