Worst Dentist to go to I don't recommend going this place is horrible. Very unprofessional. I went with terrible toothache and after taking X-rays they told me i had no cavities and the only thing I needed was a rootcanal.They gave me a referral to an Endodontist because that was the only thing they could do there. Not to mention the staff is very rude. I ended up going to a new dentist because i couldn't take the pain i felt, the new dentist did some x-rays and found I had an abscess, a few cavities that were causing my pain and gum infection. Oh and let me not forget to say they treat you like you are crazy if you tell them you're in pain. After they referred me I called them back and they told me I had never been in their office, they even lost my records and info the lady kept on telling me "You've never been in this office" treating me very bad! This place is a pure nightmare!

I scheduled an appointment and it was cancelled without notifying me. When I asked the receptionist why this happened she explained to me that they called the wrong number. I drove 35 min to get here. Please do better guys

Orthodontic treatment. They changed my orthodontist twice and moved them around to various centers etc. This caused my treatment to be slowed down as the first was preparing my for jaw surgery, the second was against the surgery so prepared my teeth a certain way, and the third had to go and correct the teeth from what the second was doing to get them right fro the type of surgery I was to have. This caused me to go outside the 24 month contract and now I am forced to pay $150 a visit because they went over the contract time. I have 2 statements from other DR's that state that this should not have taken this long. (My teeth were straight within the first 12 months and I have had braces before) I feel like I have been extorted and they intentionally delayed service to get more money out of me.

Vanessa is the best hygienist ever. she makes me feel comfortable and confident that the fate of my gum health is in my hands, and she is there to help me along the way. The enthusiasm she shows towards my dental health is very inspiring!

I've been going to this dentist for about 6 years, mainly to get teeth cleaning services and fillings. My last filling caused discomfort and I followed up. Oct. 20th I had an appointment. I get to the location and they tell me my appointment was canceled. I was never informed, however, the receptionist stated a call was made to me and a voice-mail was left. My phone records do not show a call nor a voice-mail. I will be filing a complaint. They have done this to me several times, which is unprofessional and an inconvenience.

I love my dentist but let me tell you the receptionist and assistants need some training on customer service. Everyone here is freaking rude besides the Hispanic ladies. I WILL be changing my dentist location this is literally the worst one.

IVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR almost 6 years now , and every since this pandemic came about I haven’t heard from them with a follow up appointment! I have braces so I supposed to see the dentist every other month ! It’s been about 4,5 months since I seen them , and it’s well over do for a tightening my rubber bands that hold my braces together are coming apart metal is following out of my mouth ! I’m highly upset ! Everytime I call to make an appointment I get NO ANSWER ! I haven’t gotten an email or anything this is beyond unprofessional!

My son has been coming to see Dr.Weber for about 6 months now and everyone in the office is wonderful.. My son is only 8 but they have been taking good care of him, very patient, and caring. I am very surprised to see any negative feedback.
