This was my first visit to Great Expressions at Cedar Hills and certainly won't be my last! From the phone call to make an appointment, to the receptionist, to Xray Technician Quwan, to Dr. Truong, to Nina the Cleaner! Loved every aspect of the visit!!! Dr. Truong was very professional, explained every detail from Xray to reality to her vision of how to get my teeth back to healthy. The best part of the visit and usually the scariest, but not in this case, was the cleaning! Nina was a true professional and a people person, who believes in the comfort of the patient. She refused to let me feel any discomfort while she worked. It was an awesome feeling to have that comfort during the deep cleaning, and may I say, no pain the day after the deep clean!!! Awesome Job to the Cedar Hills Great Expressions Branch!!!

Worst dental experience ever!! While waiting in the lobby with 15 other patients, the billing person had a loud argument with a patient over his bill and she was incredibly rude to him- not to mention having this discussion where all of us could hear it! Very unprofessional. Furthermore, I came in for a terrible toothache (on a Friday, of course!) and they did nothing but give me a referral to an Endodontist (the dentist here "doesn't do root canals" and acted like I was crazy to think she could!) The Endodontist has a waiting list for..get this...another "consult" appointment IN A MONTH. She said they "have plenty of treatment appointments open sooner, but you have to have a consult first and those appointments are booked a month out." Can you imagine expecting a patient to wait in severe pain for a month???? And what was the point of this visit, if not a "consult"? Switched dentists the next day.

The staff there are wonderful Exspecialy Jessica who went out of her way to make sure I had insurance and made it happen Thank You Jessica. I don't know her name that did my xrays its an unusual but unique name very nice. But my Dr. Vy Truong was really sweet and I like her a lot she makes you feel comfortable and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good dentist..and.nicest staff which really goes a long.way☺

This is the worst dental office I ever been to. First they tell you they don’t have anyone to clean teeth. Then when you make an appointment and get there they let you know that they can’t accommodate what you coming in for. Nonchalant attitude. How is the place still up and running for business!!!
