Very disappointed at their service! I made an appointment due to extreme pain on my tooth. They took x-rays and measurements and told me they were going to consult with an oral surgeon for my extraction. They were going to follow up with the cost of the surgery and to schedule the next appointment by the next day. Didn't hear from them for a week. I called and followed up and they were going to get back to me. They never did! I called again today 01/25 and asked to speak to a supervisor who was going to get back to me and never heard from them. I have been in pain for weeks now and I'm frustrated with the whole situation.
I will go to another dentist, however I demand a refund of $330 for the consultation!! Customer service is definitely not your priority! Do not recommend!

I was very pleased withe caring staff and the Dr. Hussein was very friendly and professional. Tonga, the hygienist was super gentle and gracious. Hiram Dr's assistant Jairo and Elizabeth was very professional. I will definitely recommend and be back.

I went in for a six month cleaning and the new hygienist, Tolga was great. Very gentle and personal too. Tommy makes it fun at the check in/check out desk with his humor. I ended up needing a crown and Julyzza went out of her way to get me a discount(as I’m in between jobs right now). Overall, the experience here is exceptional!

The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Hussain was very caring and direct about treatment plan. She greeted me from the moment I walked in to the appointment and walked me out. The billing staff also walk-through the billing cost and service provide so there was no surprise.The office environment was great.

I have tried many times to call to schedule an appointment for a service that I already paid for, after 6 calls over a week and hearing that someone would call me back, I finally got an appt for 5 weeks later. 4 days before the appt, they change the time by 2 hours and just sent me an email. I have been trying to reach them for almost a week now and never got a call back. I guess I will have to walk to their office to try to get my money back so I can go to another dentist. Dental services are good but administrative services and basic office procedures are abysmal. I don't think they will stay in business too much longer.

Always have a good experience here! Julyzza explained in detail the costs of everything before performing, Anabel did a great job on my cleaning and recommendations for upkeep, and Dr Hussain is very knowledgeable and professional.

After several visits and hundreds of dollars later, this Modern Dentistry proved negligent and amateurish. My wife and I started with Dr. Hussein, what a disappointment she was. She failed to see that I had a cavity that later developed into a major problem. My wife complained of an inflammation in her mouth, she told her it is nothing. Now we both had to go to different dentists to mitigate our problem. Very disappointed. I hope the rest of the staff can do better.

Don't waste your money. Dr Bush tired fixing a tiny chip on my tooth.. after charging my insurance over 600 dollars for xrays she tired to fix the chip... it lasted less then 24 hours..went back and they were talking about different treatments for a chip... broke 48 hours after.. waste of time and money ey
