Everyone should be made aware of the scam artists that this place is. I will start off by saying that I’m terrified of the dentist. I went to this place because it was closer to my home than my regular dentist and I just needed my 6 month cleaning. Well, they told me that I had bone loss and that I had periodontal disease that was irreversible. The doctor and the technician sat there for 30 minutes instilling fear about this disease and how life altering it would be. Granted I’m only 26. I’ve never been told my teeth were in bad shape until I went here. They then proceeded to tel my that I needed a deep clean and that it would be $2,500 for it. I politely declined because I didn’t have that kind of money up front and would need to save up. They then proceeded to clean my teeth and poke and prod my gums (very painfully) I had never been in this much pain from JUST a dental cleaning in MY LIFE. I had previously seen some Yelp reviews about this place up selling and doing unnecessary treatments so I got a second opinion from my regular dentist. I had contacted the office requesting that the X-rays they took be sent to my regular dentist, they never sent them. I then requested that they send them to me, and they make every excuse in the book to not send them to me. My regular dentist re-did xrays and confirmed my suspicions. My teeth are in perfect shape. 0 bone loss and I do not in fact need a deep cleaning. This place PLAYED ON MY FEARS and tried to coerce me into getting unnecessary treatments done that would not only be very painful but would also be pretty invasive! THIS IS NOT how a business should be handled.

Dr. Archer is amazing! She is professional, attentive, and very thorough. Patiently answered all of my questions.

My experience at Naples Modern Dentistry was by far the most enjoyable dental experience I have had. The experience started when I spoke to Tommy C. in regard to an emergency appointment I needed. He was extremely caring and was able to schedule me later that day.

I went in to the office not knowing what to expect as people have not left the kindest reviews on different websites about this office. But I am here to say, every negative review is COMPLETELY false. The entire staff was completely transparent, honest, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions I had regarding getting my first cap and explained the process thoroughly.

The doctor that was assigned to me was Dr.Perez, she came in to take a look at what was going on and told me what possible options were for treatment. She was not only informative of different options, but there was a caring tone behind her voice that showed me she not only is a top notch doctor, but she truly cares about the happiness of her patients.

I asked for different options to be priced out and each option was fully explained Julyzza A. She was very nice and made understanding what was covered by insurance vs what was paid out of pocket a breeze. At the end I agreed to the procedure (a cap and teeth whitening) and was schedule to come back in two days.

Upon my arrival, my nerves were running pretty high as I did not know what to expect out of the entire procedure as it was my first time going through this. Dr. Perez and Dr. Hussain were not only comforting but made this procedure enjoyable. Anabel P, Tolga G, Jario D, Le’keisha W, and Katia A were all informative of what to expect and led me through the entire process so I always knew what was happening and why.

Notably, Elizabeth G. was extremely kind, caring, and made sure I was not experiencing any issues during the entire procedure.

At the conclusion of my procedure I left not only the whitest my teeth have been ever, but I was pain free and my temp cap (permanent cap is being made) looked perfect.

To summarize, the pricing here is the best in the area for the highest quality dentistry you could ask for. The entire office is filled with intelligent, informative, and caring individuals that truly honor their patients needs and happiness as the only priority. I highly recommend that each person reading this review use my testament as the base for an experience at this office. Please give them a chance to earn your business, I promise you will NOT be disappointed, they are the BEST!

Dr. Hussain does a thorough job everytime I come in for a visit. I had a crown and wisdom tooth extraction done here and had no issues. My crown looks like my natural teeth and I have never had an issue. I also had a complicated wisdom teeth extraction done and it was all taken care off with no complications. I came from another dentist that did not do a great job because they did not use modern technology and I ended up getting a root canal because they wouldn't listen that I had a pain from a cavity. I am so glad I went to Naples Modern Dentistry and now get the best care. Also, their cleanings are very thorough and they take their time and not rush you out of there.

Went in for a new patient evaluation earlier this week, could not have picked a better dental provider. Dr. Hussain came out to greet me and walked me back into the evaluation room. I was nervous because I hadn't seen a dentist in over 5 years. She offered me some water and a warm blanket prior to my cleaning session. After my x-rays and cleanings Dr. Hussain pointed out all the potential areas of concern and even prioritized the main issues to handle first. When I mentioned my financial reservations, Dr. Hussain and her staff provided assistance in a payment plan that would allow me to finish the most important things on the list that I agreed to follow through with. The way she broke down what was urgent and what could be handled later made me feel reassured that I was focusing on what absolutely needed to be done. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because she actually listened when I explained all my reservations and took the time to explain all the options I could take advantage of. Tommy and Marissa were awesome as well and remembered my name and addressed me by my name during the entire encounter. It's nice to know that businesses where people actually care about the patient still exist.

Went in for and emergency extraction. Aside from waiting for ever and receiving nothing for pain I had to leave to find relief. Go back and they refuse to do what is needed without getting a ton of other work done. Emergency, do what's needed not everything in your mouth needs to be done at once. Only cares for money. Would not recommend.

The front office staff was very kind and courteous. Dr. Perez and the Hygienist were courteous and diligent. My insurance didn’t cover all the services, however they were willing to work with me and provided me with a payment plan that worked for me. Very blessed to have chosen this practice.

Naples Modern Dentistry has the most professional staff! Marissa and Tommy are always so helpful when it comes to checking in and out. If I ever have questions about anything, they are answered promptly and effectively. Marissa goes out of her way to ensure that if a patient has an appointment, that they are seen at the correct appointment time and even if I have an emergency, they can usually squeeze me in so I am not in pain! I recently started seeing Dr. Hussain and she always makes sure I am comfortable and that I understand what needs to be done and why. I hate the dentist, but I feel welcome coming to this office!

When I arrived. Dr. Steele came out to the waiting room and introduced himself which was surprising and very welcoming. This same greeting happen with his team. I was fully informed all through the exam by the tech what he was doing as well as Dr. Steele. Then was introduced to the office manager to let me know how much my insurance would or would not cover so I could make my own decisions as to my care, all this without pressure.
I have not named his team as I would but hadn’t ask permission.
I recommend this Office with 5 stars honestly.

Dr. Katelyn Butch and dental assistant Sinead Weninger were amazing!! Professional and attentive from beginning to end, both were amiable and made the dental experience easier to take. Highly recommend this location and their staff.
