We love Dr. Joyce and the staff at Jackson & Joyce! We are willing to drive 2 hours, just to go to Dr. Joyce and his team. From the moment we walk into the office, they greet us with a "Hello Mrs. Jones, we already have you checked in" to the professionalism of Dr. Joyce. This practice is truly amazing. For starters, I was taken on time. My hygienist tech is Sarah. She's a lovely person and professionally, my teeth are sparkling white and clean; she was able, and cared enough to try, to whiten my front bottom teeth that are more exposed than normal at the gums. Great results, and a soft touch. And Doctor Joyce is what we in the north call a 'mensch.' LOL

Recent resident of Ocala and been looking for awhile to find an awesome dentist. I believe we are specialize in our occupation and if you can't do it or don't like it, please go find something you like...... This office was clean and organized. The staff greeted my son (appointment for him) and I with a smile behind the mask. lol very pleasant. They took the time to gather my insurance information days ahead of the appointment, which I really appreciated. The Technician did his X-rays and Dr. Jackson stopped by briefly. We had to make a 2nd appointment for a cleaning and I guess they don't do it all at once anymore.... I was surprised by that however, they immediately had us scheduled within hours for the cleaning. I believe Sarah did the cleaning for my son and it was his first dental experience he could remember and it was great. Mainly because he doesn't like soda or sweets and brushes regularly. This dentist was referred by several employees at the AAA office and I am happy they did. My appointment is next week and well..... I personally get nervous around eye doctors and dentist. Hoping my experience will be as awesome as my sons.

Excellent service from the time I entered the office until the time I left the office. All employees that work there are of the finest workers of the many dentists that I have gone to while living in Ocala for forty years. My teeth were cleaned so well that I have ever experienced. The fillings that were done were handled with the upmost care. If you want to go to a dentist Jackson & Joyce is the best in Ocala.
